Is SIBO usually the cause and present in AFIB ( Atrial Fibrillation)? I reversed my Cardiologists incurable AFIB diagnosis, by walking out, Training for an Ultramarathon, Water Fasting for 9 full days and then implementing Dr. Davis style diet. Whole Foods, Fermented Mixes, Pre, Pro, Post Biotics. Went from 202 Pounds to 167. My heart is now regular for days on end. I had asymptomatic AFIB everyday previously, the Dr wanted to put me on Blood Thinners and do Ablation. Against his and my family’s advice, I turned my back and healed myself. I don’t take 1 drug. I remember asking the cardiologist how long do you want me on Blood Thinners? Answer , forever. I would love your thoughts on my experience, thank you and P.S. - The list of other positive changes feeding my Microbes properly is astounding- Faster Reader, Cleaner teeth and Gums, no nervous presentations, flow like state and overall happier and clear skin
Such a positive story to read. Very happy for you. By the way can you give us the list of the microbes you bought please? I am searching on the Internet and cannot find them all. I am diagnosed with cervical cancer. I guess I will ask my Dr. For 6 extra months and change my life. I want to do everything before let them do operation on me.
@@pantehakian1309 Well I did it all with foods and experimenting. Lots of Fiber Rich, True Fiber Rich is key. Think Asparagus, Celery, Avocados, Chia , Flax,Hemp, Sweet Potato. Now get some Kefir A2 and Mix with Yogurt, add seeds and seeded berries, Raspberries best. Eat Literally Green Bananas. Make sure not to eat outside of a 12 hour window, 10 better, 8 best. Something like 8am-7pm, nothing after. I didn’t make L Reuteri Yogurt. Just this week I discovered Coconut Cult Yogurt which I felt is very powerful. Expensive but something to consider. Last I eat all sorts of Ferments, Beets, Kimchi Raw Sauerkraut. Check with your Doctor to get off any Acid reducing drugs and Adviil type drugs. Shoot for 30 different varieties of Vegetables every week. Don’t sit for more than 45 minutes without some movement even if it’s heal raises or a light walk. Keep your cells primed. It’s better than one 1 hour walk. Break it up. You can beat this, I believe it!
@ Look up Thomas Seyfried and his podcasts and/books. Him and Christopher Palmers Brain Energy are 2 books I would recommend in your situation. My favorite new probiotic yogurt is Coconut Cult which has L. Reuteri and 15 others. I mix it with Goat Kefir and Cocoa nibs and other Kefirs. So kind of experimenting. Coconut Cult is very potent. Key is consistency, not to much but daily. Maybe one day I will make it for myself, who knows! Good luck
I used to ferment wild caught sockeye salmon that I'd buy at costco. Perhaps someday I'll be able to make some again. I liked eating it with steamed sliced beets and sliced steamed carrots, kefir cheese I made from straining my homemade kefir. My life has changed so much in the last few years that I hardly remember how to make all of that. I still can't afford to begin again, but someday, perhaps.
I love all this! Thank you, Dr. William Davis and Erica Ziel. I'd love to hear a conversation between either of you and Dr. Felice Gersh, an OB/GYN and integrative medical doctor with expertise in menopause and hormone replacement therapy. I think this would connect a lot of dots between gut balance and hormone decline and how to approach hormonal decline from multiple angles - because it sounds like Dr. Davis may be basing his concerns that women who take estrogen are at increased risk of stroke or heart issues on an old and faulty study. It sounds like it may not be aware of transdermal bioidentical estradiol as opposed to the old-school, commonly prescribed, oral estrogen Premarin.
I would really like the links to the studies showing the "massive explosion of dermal collagen". Anecdotal evidence is nice, but scientific proof is the hallmark of a true professional.
For joint pain and weight loss, Type II collagen and Types I and III collagen are generally considered the most effective options. Each type supports specific health benefits: 1. Type II Collagen for Joint Pain • Source: Type II collagen is typically derived from chicken or marine sources. • Benefits: Type II collagen is found in cartilage and has been shown to improve joint health by reducing pain and inflammation and enhancing joint lubrication and mobility. It’s particularly helpful for people with osteoarthritis or those experiencing joint wear and tear from physical activity. • Recommended Form: Look for undenatured type II collagen (often labeled as UC-II), which has been clinically studied for its joint-supportive effects and is easier for the body to absorb. UC-II collagen can help with cartilage repair and reduce joint stiffness. 2. Types I and III Collagen for Weight Loss and Skin Health • Source: Types I and III collagen are typically sourced from bovine (cow) or marine (fish) collagen. • Benefits for Weight Loss: Types I and III collagen support skin elasticity and muscle preservation, which can help with weight loss by maintaining lean body mass and promoting skin firmness as you lose weight. • Metabolic Support: Some research suggests that collagen may help regulate metabolism, reduce appetite, and increase satiety, which can support weight loss efforts when combined with a balanced diet and exercise. • Additional Benefits: Types I and III collagen also benefit skin, hair, and nail health, which may improve appearance and overall well-being during weight loss. Recommended Forms and Supplements • Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides: Hydrolyzed collagen is broken down into smaller peptides, making it easy to digest and absorb. This form is commonly used in supplements and can contain a blend of Types I, II, and III. • Multi-Collagen Blends: Some supplements combine Types I, II, III, and sometimes V and X, offering a comprehensive blend for joint support, skin health, and muscle maintenance. Additional Tips • Look for Third-Party Tested Products: This ensures the purity and quality of the collagen. • Combine with Vitamin C: Vitamin C supports collagen synthesis, so taking collagen with vitamin C-rich foods or supplements can enhance its effectiveness. • Dosage: For joint pain, studies generally support 40 mg of undenatured type II collagen daily or 10-20 grams of hydrolyzed collagen peptides for a broader effect. In summary, Type II collagen (for joint pain) and Types I and III collagen (for weight loss and skin support) are both beneficial for these specific health goals. A multi-collagen supplement containing these types is often a good choice for joint health and weight management.
Rather than presuming this supplementation increased muscle mass, isn’t it possible that you simply reduced bloating, which would also result in slimming the waist?
Each person is different. Start with half a cup a day. Let your body get used to that you might find you want one cup a day and you're fine with that amount. You might find you can only eat a quarter cup a day at the beginning especially if you have die off symptoms.

Muscle mass is measurable, most commonly using electrical impedence...
So it’s a half a cup a day? If you take more, is there any negative side effect? Also, how long does it stay fresh once you refrigerate it?
Each person is different. Start with half a cup a day. Let your body get used to that you might find you want one cup a day and you're fine with that amount. You might find you can only eat a quarter cup a day at the beginning especially if you have die off symptoms.
