this is the greatest thing i've seen all day
Ron Cabb Yeah, I remember this scene so much. It's a shame he died in crossover: Crisis of Earth X. I hated Nazi's for killing Martin Stein.
lol
I miss Martin
Ron Cabb i
Not all day all time
Forget the musical episode from the Flash. This is the real deal. Go professor Stein :)))
Karen R.N. For real
Karen R.N. their both even
I don't watch the flash except for the crossovers with Legends and Arrow. Was there really a musical episode?
@@CapMan275 yes and it wasn't very good, when they have a villain as infamous as the music meister, known for his singing and he doesn't sing because the actor didn't want to
Victor Graber was in it
Loved this scene. I didn't see that coming at all…
Aviraex I stayed for that also. One of the best scenes from the whole show
yep
really cause i did
That’s why it’s called a distraction. You never see it comi- oh look a flying goat!
@@Vencidious loll
watching it wit my dad.
"DAY-O"
we look at eachother.
we burst out laughing
Julian lol
What's a it wit my dad & a eachother?
That one random guy working there was really feeling it. Good for him.
Ray's just crashing on the moon, completely forgets about it when stein starts to sing
Mick didn't even think twice. He just started singing. LMAO!!
Red Velvet raspberry 1 he never thinks twice
@@mr.piggie972 Mick doesn't think once.
mick has the IQ of meat
@@assassinlink2357 Mick has a higher iq than that he is secretly a science fiction/fantasy writer in his private time.
Mick Rory is very intelligent he simply chooses to be low brow, and deadly brutal, remember he was also the bounty Hunter chronos too, and both him and snart are thieves too it takes intelligence to case a place, knowing a security layout, alarms and all that.
He also has brute strength, the actor also played on prison break opposite fellow legend actor Wentworth Miller, domnic purvcil also played Dracula aka Drake in black Trinity and matched Westley Snipes blade fight for fight.
People think all Mick is, is simply a oafish brute who drinks but he's smarter than that, criminals who can hold their own against a metahuman like the flash are hardly dumb or low in iq.
@@BelmontClan I know I was simply joking
I was thinking what the hell is he going to do but then this happened and I almost died laughing. Best scene ever
Same 😂
Is no one gonna talk about how Mick knew the song he was singing and willingly joined in?? 😂
Nice voice Professor.
Thank you very much
What the hell are you two playing at
Okay, I got it. I cut the feed.
Zarraf Khan 😭😭😭😭😭😭
@@jakezolomij3899 Oh it's a..
It's a British tradition sr
Best part is that Rory joined in. Just something you wouldn't expect. The scene was great enough as is, then Mick started singing. Amazing.
I could only imagine rips face after hearing this is a british tradition 🤣🤣🤣
I love how Rory not only joins Stein in singing, but takes time to compliment his voice afterwards.
The look on Rips face lmao
agreed.
Glytchi Dolphin wtf are you agreeing with
Yeah
He be like: what the hell is this??
Vencidious looks like the team never watched BeetleJuice
wasn't expecting this at all, I thought he was just going to break something
I thought he was going to fake a heart attack or something
I Don't Even Like Chai Latte's Lmao same
Love it, a duet between Professor Stein and Mick
Victor deserves praise for his singing, but Dominic Purcell deserves even more praise for keeping a confused straight face for the entire scene. Really would like to see the bloopers for this scene.
He left to presue his dreams of musical theater
this is the best moment in the entirety of the two seasons and one of the most pleasant and hilarious surprises ive ever seen in tv ever.
RIP Professor
😭
😔😔
@@demmie6119 it's been like 2 years...
@@cartistan doesn't mean they're caught up, though. I got into the arrowverse when the Flash had 4 seasons.
@@tania3253 doesnt mean he should be watching youtube videos where theres going to be spoilers in the comments.
this was a total surprise
Sara, Rip, and Ray's faces at 0:35-0:38 when Stein starts singing are hilarious!!!!
The others were confused but went with it while these three just plain looked like "What the hell?"
STEIN NOOOOOO WHYYYY I MISS YOU
DC stuff 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭, This just absolutely killed me, I was so attached to the character, Nooooooooooooooooooo 😭😭
WHYYYYY WHY DID THEY DOO THIS THEY KILLLLLLED HIM
I was expecting they would make an explosion or something like that, and wasn’t expecting this at all..now I am addicted to this scene 😂 Stein, why did you have to dieeeee 😞
MusicAndGames Warrior im really glad that i heard game grumps sing part of this song cause if i didnt i wouldnt have laughed as hard as i did 😂😂😂 also rip stein 😭😭
RIP Stein 💔
Brendon Stuthridge finally have had some to catch up with the Arrowverse and just watched the crossover. This scene makes me tear up now. Gonna miss him. Great scene
@@michaelthebeastbendtsen yeah, Stein’s death may have been the most shocking and sad movie death that I ever saw and I think that that was mostly because of me watching this scene again, when you know he’s dead you have a hard time laughing at this scene
@@The_Sleepiest_Socialist agreed I did not expect him to die in the series. One of my favorite characters in the arrowverse
Whoever thought of this scene when it was being written is a genius!
Omg this caught me off guard!!!! It was even funnier when Mick joined in
R.I.P. Stein. Best character on the show ever.
I seriously didn't see this coming. Nice surprise. "Nice voice professor."
I miss you Gray :'(
I also cryed when he died
This used to be my favourite Arrowverse scene, but the guards singing 'Good Morning' has taken that spot in Legends Seasons 3X04. Now my second favourite.
that scene was amazing hahaha
RIP
May he Day-O in heaven
0:27-0:42. Mick Rory and those on the Wayrider are wondering if Professor Stein is losing it. Ray Palmer is likely going, "Is that the song from the beginning of Beetlejuice?" And Jefferson is confused, likely felt like singing as well while overhearing the song and disconnecting the connection due to his psychic connection to Stein.
Martins face at 1:16 hahahaha!!
PeaceMakerDJ 13 haha
Rip
The way he twisted his eyes was arguably the purest display of embarrassment, I have every witnessed on TV. 🤣👍
0:43 "EVRYBUDDY" 😂
Starbucks q
Yo it was all black for a second
My fav part when he says everybody 🤣 and mick is just looking at him like uhhhh..okay i’ll follow your lead i guess but his face completely says “this is not gonna work” lol
You may not like it but this is what peak performance looks like
Everyone's faces were priceless😂😂
This was one of the best parts of the series
Professor Stein should have been the one to sing in Barry's wedding not Kara.
ahahhahahahahahah true
Maybe not at the wedding.....THE AFTER PARTY THO!!
Also barry doens't about dr steins voice, but we know what happen during the wedding
Well technically Barry does know since the flash did a musical episode in season 3
@@izzylightwood3090 but in there anyone can sing it’s a musical
Mick looks like this is the most random distraction he's ever been a part of...
'Course with this crew, weird and random is just to help offset boring.
And that face Professor Stein made, "Naughty me," was probably what he was thinking.
#RIPMartinStein #ForTheProfessor
I miss the old cast! The new cast isn't too great. The only reason I'm still sticking around is because of Mick and Ray. And kinda Constantine but I don't know if he's staying forever or not.
Concur! The old cast were all legit superheroes. The new? ..They just threw in whatever. Constantine's the only addition that's still a DC main.
Also, they did my boy Rip a dirty!
When I was watching this, I rewinded it a bunch of times just to hear him singing
The duet with Mick and Stein
Victor Garber is both a veteran of many Broadway musicals as well as starring in the 1973 "Godspell."
he be missed good old professor Stein.
Martin Stein's best moment ever!
Having Martin die was a bad decision, because they would have to cut Jax. And then they just cut Nora and Ray too. And I'm still mad they cut off Snart, but I'm glad they brought Leo back in another form, and then they let him go :( If they get rid of Sara or Mick, then it's like wth there are no more legends.
Well that wasn't their decision though, It was Martin actor who decided to leave to go back to broadway.
1:04 he was starting to like that song
1:03 I wonder if that was the guy who came up with the song for Beetlejuice
It was actually a Jamaican folk song. Harry Belefonte's also wasn't even the first recording of the song, though it is the most famous version
He said it because in the episode, Stein and Jax were masquerading as people from the British equivalent of NASA in order to be in mission control during the Apollo 13 mission
It was the best excuse he could come up with for why he broke out into song like that.
And just because the song's not British doesn't mean it couldn't be popular in Britain.
First of all, you're reading way too much into something that was intended to be an obvious lie that wouldn't stand up to scrutiny
Second, if it weren't a lie, we still don't know what that tradition would entail. Maybe it's just when on the verge of a breakthrough success, singing a song, not necessarily that song. For that matter, we don't know how the tradition started. Maybe it was just started because someone liked the song, and then it caught on.
It is reading too much into it because there's literally nothing more to understand than what's been said
It was the most boring episode until this…. It became an epic episode….
I wonder what the actor's reaction was when he read this in the script.
Idk if I've ever laughed so hard 😂 especially when Mick joins in
the CW really does great shows!! Loved the season 2 of Legends it was refreshing!! ❤️
Definetely one of the brightest moments of Legends and a fabulous performance by Victor Garber!!
back when this show wasn't so wacky that scene would have been completely normal
1:16 lol his face 😂
I love rip's face when stein sings 😂😂😂😂
*"British" tradition*
Yeah, sure. 😂😂
Jax has a psychic link with him, and he's even caught off guard.
I laughed so hard when he got yelled at at the end of the song lol
This show made me upset because they screwed around with the timeline, but I do indeed remember this scene
That's why I love Legend of tomorrow😂😂
I love him sooooo much!
I like how I don't know this show. But instantly loved it after watching this.
best scene of all episodes in legdens of tomorrow
Just mick singing along didn't expect that🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
0:51 Jax’s face tho😂
i love the way he said "everybody"
can we just give this man a round of applause like he really hit that
"wait. haircut's on the moon???" best line xD
Is anyone watching this in 2032?
No? Too early?
Shit, I shouldn't have said that...
RIP Martin Stein. You were the greatest Legend a team could ever ask for...
Mick: *Confused singing*
It's sad to remember that he's dead :((
I used to be a chess representative last year and my coach always sing this when he see me. And said it was his favorite, now i know why lmao
Unexpected as it was in “Beetlejuice”
This is so cool! He is a wonderful singer and sung the song very well even without background music. Hats off to him!
This was hilarious it surpass beetle juice scene
This is why legends is such a great show.
1:04 is exactly how I feel😂😭
You can feel how Rory is trying to think
I was laughing so hard that I fell on to the floor 🤣 😂
0:34 Mick was probably thinking "He's finally lost it."
He looks like he was waiting to do that for so long
Good god this is a perfect example of when the show realized that if they went all in on the randomness, they would become a sensation xD
@@matthewshort6912 Actually, that’s a load of bullshit and NOT the reason they canceled the show. They canned it because the higher ups didn’t want to renew the lease on the set where they filmed the Waverider scenes. Also want to mention the fans are STILL trying to get it back for one final season so the show can end on it’s own terms.
I laughed unlit 3 in the morning when I watched this
Now ray mick and sara lance are the only left of original dc legends
Edit: rays gone also mick also may be gone too
Nice vice professor.. RIP Grey Stein :'(
Voice *
Nice voice professor
Thank you
😂
Are there any bloopers for this? XD
I laughed for a hour
His execution of this song was perfect
I love the guy at 1:05 who is enjoying it while everyone else looks confused 😂
The monke Gods recommending me quality content
Rip Hunter's reaction be like
Rip: "You Supid old af bit- *STACK THE BANNANANANNANANANANA TILL THE MORNING COME!*
Gotta love a DC show that's had this scene, Beebo, and Sara Lance stripping off for Ava Sharpe as a b'day present happen in its last 3 seasons (amongst other random af sh1t😂)
Amen
Not me listening to this song eveyday
And Mike sings too😄😄😄
RIP Professor Stein
Hidey hidey hidey hi!!!!! I'm on a binge watch of the entire Arrowverse so I could watch Batwoman.
When THIS part right here came on, I didn't expect anything like that to happen! Marty and Mick Rory singing the Banana Song is still the most funniest moment out of the entire Arrowverse and yeah I watched that Flash musical episode and it's good but not as a good as Marty's banana vibes!
Watching this after Crisis on Earth-X, man, I have never been that heartbroken over some superhero dying since Avengers: Endgame. RIP Marty Stein, Firestorm
UPDATE: Anyone here from Beetlejuice in time for Beetlejuice 2?!
This is how I found out where 6 foot 7 foot came from
Amazing vid
