All synthesizers with memory should have their front panel controls motorized. A Minimoog has no memory, so it makes sense for the front panel controls to be manual. Same thing with ARP2600. However, for something like Memorymoog, or Moog One, motorized panels would make a lot of sense. I mean, when changing programs on these knob/fader laden synthesizers, we see the all the lights changing configuration, while the knobs and sliders stay were they were. So, there is a major disconnect between the state of the front panel and the sound. Although, to be fair, the same situation happens on a Hammond organ when changing the presets with the left side reverse colored keys. Or maybe motorizing drawbar organs would make more sense, probably.
Anyway, digital mixers with motorized faders isn't anything new or unusual at this point, so I am not sure why synthesizers companies haven't adopted motorized sliders and knobs. Although, having a panel button make sense too. You press the panel button, and the sound is being created from the front panel controls readout. That makes sense. So maybe the concept of synthesizers having memory doesn't make sense. Sure, it's convenient to recall a sound with a press of a button, even if front panel controls stay totally misaligned misrepresenting the sound. So maybe I'll take memory over memory with motorized physical controls. Then Delia is not for me.

Somehow all presenters seem to be afraid of the wavetable Oscillator 😉 This is left out in almost every video about nina and delia. The good thing about delia is that it has an additional envelope and lfo that is fine for moving the wavetable position. But on the other hand nina has double of the voices. I would go for a nina with a keyboard 😊
BTW : the best presentation of what nina can do is here : m.ua-cam.com/video/Ss9X6Gsqemw/v-deo.html&pp=ygUaTWVsYm91cm5lIEluc3RydW1lbnRzIG5pbmE%3D#bottom-sheet
    But it's in german only.

I have a Nina. What do you want to know about it?

@@chrisstaubynSorry I'm a little late 😉. Are 2 envelopes enaugh for you? With a wavetable Oscillator, wouldn't it be better to have an enevolpe for the wavetable scanning? Delia has 3 envelope generators but only 6 voices... So I still would prefer Nina over delia. What's your opinion when comparing Nina with Delia?

@@deep6293 I would've loved to have three, but there's also a CV-in that can help you get a third one. I don't have Delia, so I'm asking myself the same thing.
