Got to see him jam with Pantera back in 92ish (those days are fuzzy) in L.A. - it was like an all star jam with jerry and Lane S., Rocky and Robert from Suicidal. they did Sin City (AC/DC song) and Phil was trying to get Lane to sing but he didn’t know the words! Lol!! The Fire Marshall almost shut down the show because the fans got CRAZY! What a night!!

Ik I'm 4 years late replying but I also was in LA in early 90's and went to every show that Alice in chains, pantera , pearl jam , sound garden, white zombie , screaming trees, rage against the machine there's a huge list sometimes there'd be 10 bands playing at the Hollywood palladium or at the palace it was wild even wilder tripping on hallucinogens.
Jerry is one of the greatest to ever pick a guitar!

I would have been floored if Jerry had never been to Rainier or Crystal Mountain. Shit’s mandatory for guys from Washington. And I lived in the Columbia Basin, so that was a drive
And Jerry is dead on about life on another planet. The statistical probability that Earth is the singular planet in an endless expanse of universe in which we exist that has intelligent life, it has to be so improbable that there is almost assuredly another Earth-like planet with the perfect makeup that is the perfect distance from an appropriately sized star to have an atmosphere that can support flora and fauna to facilitate intelligent life. They most likely do not have the capability to visit us, but they are out there.
What's scarier, the thought that there's something else out there or the thought that there's nothing?
I remember that picture Jerry posted of the cat scratch...poor Jerry Haha I got educated about different cat grasses to get for my cat because of his pictures giving his cat wheatgrass and other greens. Love Jerry ❤🎸
