A few years ago, I was able to improve my OSA symptoms by doing Wim Hof and especially by getting my Acid Reflux under control. Taking ACV and avoiding caffeine, chocolate, pepper, chili, onion, garlic and grains made a considerable difference. This video parallels some of the steps I took. Thanks for your great work.
Thank you so much for your videos. I was happy to see your videos again. I feel I understand better. I've been grieving for my wife. The holidays were tough and I got distracted for a little while.
Thank you so much! My Mom and I another have sleep apnea. My Mom has Alzheimer’s. She used to snore horribly and stop breathing a lot at night. Coincidentally she has been taking CoQ10 and reservation which you also mentioned these supplements. Well my Mom’s snores a lot less and she doesn’t stop breathing like she did. We are both now on a Keto diet too because she has a lot of inflammation and we both have metabolic syndrome. She can’t use a CPAP and I tried one but I can’t sleep with a CPAP. I will try your exercises but I don’t know how to get my mom to do the exercises. Again, thank you so much!!!!!!!

Dr. Petkus, I appreciate your video. I appreciate that you take the time to create free content. I just struggle with the thought of this being too good to be true… There is not many reviews that I would consider to be from an unbiased source on your products and methods. Can you offer any insight? I am 23, 5’9” and 170 lbs. I currently use a bipap machine. Despite it helping, I wish I never had to use it….
Thanks for watching! It's not too good to be true... it is a lot of work and effort! The biggest "proof" would be applying things from what I have out there and seeing the results for yourself. No matter how many studies I reference, client data, or client videos, people will always be second guessing if it works for them. There's only one way to definitely answer that.
@ You make a fair point and definitely give lots of free content! I have purchased your sleep apnea reset work shop, but I felt that I probably was over ambitious and never ended up getting past 3 days. I am on Bipap due to inspiratory flow limits. I will try to recommit myself to 5-10 minutes a day and see if slowed breathing can get me improve my sleep.
I keep telling my doc that i think i have central apnea because I catch myself holding my breath before drifting off to sleep. Every doc dismisses it and says central apnea is so rare that there's no way I can have it. That's rather frustrating. Is there a way to tell if my apnea is obstructive or central?
Have you had an over night hospital sleep study? You may find it helpful to use the samsung smart watch that pairs with a samsung cell phone. It has a mini sleep study ap. Of course it says it is not for diagnosing or treating anything. I hope you get some answers.
Air hunger is the first urge or desire to breathe that arises after holding your breath. It's not the point of gasping or physical discomfort but a slight signal from your body indicating you need to inhale. The sensation can manifest as a small tightening in the chest, a mild throat reflex, or a faint sense of discomfort in your breathing rhythm.

Excellent 5 great video references with personalized examples! Very good so glad I watched it.
Do you recommend any particular devices for tracking pulse ox or tracking ahi while sleeping? Hopefully that don't cost an arm and a leg? Thanks.
Thank you so much!

Ok, but who defines air hunger?
