    Fantastic job guys, loved the walkthrough and the dyno numbers on both cars. Can’t wait to see the truck.

    Nice comparison video. Apples to oranges, for sure, but nice content. Looking forward to more from this shop. I am looking to maybe send my GT350 over from STL when it comes time for boost.

      Depends on the power band you want🤷🏼‍♂️ but there’s definitely more options that are arguably just as good for less, more of a procharger fan myself

      I am a fan of the ESS, cost less; has zero heat soak issues and the entire system only weighs 42 pounds. Using a 100mm pulley with a fuel system I have seen several cars-Mustangs putting out 1000 rwhp‼️The cool thing about Whipple is that it provides warranty from Ford. The latest Whipple gen 6, 3.0 Stage II just dynode by DPR & Lethal Performance at ~~833 rwhp just a few days ago without a special tune, just a tune that Whipple provides when you buy their kit. Ford released the encryption for the ECM/ECU to Whipple, RTR, Roush & Ford Performance. 6-8 more months and we should have tons more information on the S650 Mustang Gen 4 Coyote engine.
      Nice video!!! Thanks for showing the comparison!!!👍👊💪😎🇺🇸

      Guys, I have a stage 2 Whippled 10R80 2020 GT, 3.75 pulley billet opg and cs, LT headers and full exhaust plus aftermarket engine and trans coolers plus FI interchiller and reische thermostat pushing out a lazy 661 whp on 93 fuel. Is it safe and possible to achieve 800 whp on this set up (same pulley) on e85 with a fuel system considering stock internals?

    Is the 3.8 liter on a built bottom end? I am a GM guy through and through but I would love a Whipple F150, GT350, or Dark Horse.

      Street car I would do a Whipple 3.0. A 3.8 Whipple makes too much power for pump gas.

    You could have made that power with a 3.0 whipple. Why did you get the 3.8? Doesn't make sense to me

    • @daxkindle5154
      @daxkindle5154 8 місяців тому +4

      Less wear on the blower, larger displacement meaning more power than the 3.0 with less boost

    • @carterztv7381
      @carterztv7381 8 місяців тому +1

      @@daxkindle5154 right but isn't it lazy compared to the 3.0? The rotors are spinning slower. The power band with both blowers making 1000 hp, I feel the 3.0 would be more favorable than the 3.8. And the 3.0 has been in the 7's for years.

    • @daxkindle5154
      @daxkindle5154 8 місяців тому +2

      @@carterztv7381 there's some validity in that but you can do a couple pulley swaps and of course fine tune the actual tune on your car as well and be able to enjoy the dependable performance for almost as long as you kept the car. True enough as you said the 3.0 will spool a tad faster just do to its size but let's be honest if your doing that kinda work to your Mustang go 3.8, in most cases the owners quickly get used to the power and crave more; my personal opinion is the 3.8 once again if tuned correct and dialed in would scare the shit out of that you'd never fully push it.

    • @oliverbryan6883
      @oliverbryan6883 8 місяців тому +2

      I agree. The Black Bean went 7s with a 2.6" and a 20% overdrive pulley on a 3.0 Whipple. The 30" tires and TH400 took some "power" from the dyno graph, but the same power could've been made on the 3.0. Very circumstantial evidence shows that the 3.8 is prone to some rotor issues.
