I liked the way the nice female officer took a step back and left it to the bully boy. This interaction says a lot. To most of us who don't know the law like you do we would do as they say. Great and I hope the message gets through to some of them but I doubt it somehow.

The sergeant realised he had a damage limitation Protocol to follow once he realised your actions where in defence of Pink Rose and Pink Rose was manhandled by their colleagues as shown on her video. Different circumstances and the situation would have been escort off the property on behalf of the property owner as they were acting as representatives of the property owner! Unfortunately, the PC claimed you would be arrested and did not realise he had no grounds for arrest at that time or any other... The sergeant will have been commended by his inspector for the damage limitation protocol he enacted! Great video and great communication skills, they don't know how to deal with peaceful conduct and questioning by members of the public due to only being trained to deal with aggression!

Shouldn’t all those policeman be using public transport, walking or cycling to the station rather than using cars-due to the Governments environmental green policies of zero carbon. Keep them a lot fitter too.

*If* this was private land and you were asked to leave and you objected, that now becomes *Aggrivated Trespass* which *IS* a criminal offence. Tresspass also becomes criminal: with theft, with criminal damage and mass trespass(ie a crowd). As it's not crack on.
Incorrect. You must be doing two things to commit aggravated trespass: Trespassing Intentionally obstructing, disrupting, or intimidating others from carrying out ‘lawful activities’. Standing there is not aggravated trespass.

The only private public places in the UK are public toilets and public phone booths. Private open air carparks are in public and if there is no signage and no pedestrian barrier its not "private"
Excellent video of police behaviour towards public citizens. The reality being these scenarios are being reflected all across the UK. The example's being the thousands of you tube video;s currently shown involving samples of police aggression / attitude that i suspect is part and parcel of their directives above.
The thing is we are being filmed 24-7 By the authorities, yet we can’t film them in their eyes and they think their Police stations are private they belong to the public stay safe retired lifeboatmen

Unless there are specific signs designating No Public Access past the barriers, then it would be reasonable for the public to assume that they can access the Police Station past that car barrier!!!!!

I’ve never seen it play out like this before where you can see the protagonists and antagonists from different viewpoints in real time. There was a mix of good and bad policing observed there, mostly bad though. It is clear that the initial interaction with pink rose has been discussed around the station and everyone has a different reaction to that. Van guys were old school and layed back. The last thing they want is work so they are happy to respect photography. Earphone guy was a bit cheeky, and sarcastically apologised for his own amusement. Then when the interaction developed he wouldn’t be drawn. A bit cowardly but not offensive. PC Allen has learned lessons. She identified correctly for a start and I wonder if she’s revisited her training as a reaction to recent events. She was in a tough spot where her superior has delegated an order to her that she can’t legally carry out, and she knows that. She was doing ok on her own though. The complexion changes when the heavies pour out of the door to take over from the poor lassie. Another indication of sexism at that station? PC 6785 is a problem for the Police. Sullen. Bullying. The mysterious Andy Bridgewater 0923, the man in the suit, (who from the live free video, I thought was THE BOSS) was another embarrassment. Impersonated the landowners representative, Clearly just a lie. Gave out “an order” for civil trespass, which is not criminal so out-with his powers. The hero of the piece is the unidentified texter who texted Hughes and told him to stand everyone down. Even at that stage, 6785 is still fighting away, arguing back, trying to escalate. I hope that Coventry reviews this terrible story and uses for training and in some cases for disciplinary actions. Well done, auditors. This is one of the best.
