I give up with these dumb PCSO's and regular police constables and officers, despite all the auditors currently doing their thing in the UK trying to educate them, various memos and guidance which have been sent out to all stations across the country from IOPC and the chief of police regarding public photography and journalism, the message is still not sinking in or getting through. I can only conclude that the majority of PCSO's and regular constables/officers are deliberately ignoring information, instructions and advice from their superiors and basically doing as they please, making up whatever directives, orders and laws they want, just so they satisfy their narcissistic ego, go on a power trip and abuse their authority over the public, violating their civil rights in the process and on purpose.
I just don’t understand how nervous they sound and how frightened they look when speaking to a member of the public , no smiles no friendly engagement, they need training on how to approach someone , how to speak to someone without coming across with attitude 👍

I’m not aware of that distinction in Section 42 of the Police Reform Act regarding showing of the designation card. Numpties.
