Thank you for your query, Simon. Should you mean the milk device, then yes. We recommend that a clean is run after every milk recipe to help ensure the machine is clear and ready for the next time you wish to use it.
Hi Fakaiha, our Gran Lattissima does not brew cold coffee, so we suggest allowing the warm coffee to cool for a few minutes before pouring over ice. Enjoy! ☕ 🧊
I bought one machine and the milk frother did not work, I was given a replacement new machine and after 4 days - the milk unit is not working yet again. Is there a design fault here? It is VERY upsetting that a machine so expensive can fail to work so quickly and so easily!! Can you reply Nespresso.
@@nespresso I am currently living in Thailand which is where I purchased the machine. I have contacted the Thai customer service AGAIN to find out what to do with this machine. I am awaiting a reply. There are MANY reviews online which clearly indicate that this is a known problem which your design team NEED to resolve.
@@tigs2245 Man, I'm sure you're just using it wrong, like using shit quality milk or something. If after 2 machines it still doesn't work, then Nespresso isn't the problem, you are.
@@FlyingNacho No Yanis. The message is 5 months old which is about the age group your answer belongs to. The machine was faulty. There is a design fault with the milk/frother. Do you have one? What exactly type of "shit" milk would stop a liquid of any type being sucked up a tube? We are not using frozen milk or milk that has turned into cheese, butter or any other harebrained idea you may have. Thanks for your invaluable advice.
Honestly, looking at your answer, I'd not be surprised if you pissed the customer support enough for them to purposely send a defective unit. And you're welcome.

Thanks, but why would you do a rinse between two back to back milk coffees?
I applied all types of cleansing. But after the next coffee, cleansing light continued to shine constantly (not blinking). Is this normal?
For me the Clean alert lights up every day even though I use the clean function the day before. Should it work that way??
