    If machine is off, prepare descaling fluid and catch tray first, then switch machine on and attach the descaling nozzle. This ensures the machine enters descaling mode before you press the espresso button.

    You need to plug the descaling pipe AFTER you turn on the machine otherwise, the descaling mode does not start. I don't know who is preparing your videos but if you have such prevention function on the machine, you need to address it properly.

    Although the descale light was on i had both espresso and lungo lights on. I had to take the descaling nozzle out and put it back a couple of times to get the descale mode to function (ie: just the espresso light on)

      I only got one light on the middle on. In the tutorial the bottom on is flashing. So frustrating doesn’t work

    للناس الي تحب تشرب كوفي في البيت؛ وتحب الكبتشينو ولديهم مثل هذي المكينة او ما شابهها؛ طبعا اذا كنت لا تستطيع شراء مادة التنظيف (سعرها مبالغ فيه كثيرا) انا استخدم الخل الابيض؛ الخطوات: ضع ٥٠٠ مل من الخل البيض في حاوية الماء الخلفية؛ وابداء بالضغط على زر الأخير في الزاوية اليمنى (زر الحليب) لتبدا عملية تنظيف الترسبات؛ بعد ان ينتهي؛ املئ خزان الماء وأبدأ التنظيف مكرر نفس العملية السابقة (بون خل ابيض)... بعد ان تنتهي..الان المكينة اصبحت جاهزة للعمل؛ بدون شراء مادة التنظيف الغالية.. بالهنا وطيب المذاق. لا تنسى تدعي لنا؛ الله يرحم والديك

    This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

    There's an error in this video : when the first part ends, it is the lungo light that shines, not the expresso light...

    I've read that if you don't have descaling solution you can use 50/50 mix of water and vinegar.

    I have the espresso lattiso one. I had it set up but tried pushing the espresso button and it would not work. I just read that after you attached the foam gizmo to put it into scaling mode you push the cappuccino button to start the process

    Water comes out from both nozzles but it was quite slow.. the water flows a bit and then stops and the cycle repeats.. no wonder it’s a 20 minute process😅

    Hi. I have a new lattissima one machine and after maybe the second use the ‘clean’ button turned orange (right after the coffee is made), I have cleaned out everything multiple times as mentioned in the manual, yet no luck! It’s barely been a week of using it and the ‘clean’ light just won’t seem to go away . Please help!!
    Also its bought from UK but being used in Pakistan

    My machine is about 3 years old but never indicated this cleaning sign.... Is it possible that not needed? But the quality of the coffees is a bit poor now kind of watery and smaller amount than in the beginning. Have you any advices?

      @@nespresso unbelievable. Customers proactively provide their country based on previous responses by Nespresso, so how does Nespresso reply?? Not with " how to fix" instructions but to PM them via FB with their membership number. After reading this I think I'll look at another brand of espresso maker to purchase.

    Guessing Nespresso means ‘rinse’ each of the 43 times they say to ‘empty’ the used capsule container. I mean, it’s empty already! It’s empty! Did I mention it’s empty

    I’ve descaled my machine five times the last three days, I just cannot get the scaler to return to normal mode i.e. leaving the descaling mode. I’m at my wits end with this machine. It makes Wounderful coffee but descaling is always a problem.

      As I’ve got no response, I called the helpline number and got a very efficient helpful young lady who sold my problem. If you can only get to a person to talk to the problem seems to evaporate. Talking to computers is time consuming any efficient and never gets a good result.

    To clean Nespresso coffee machine at no cost: fill the water tank with natural white vinegar; Then you start pressing the cleaning button; After this process, fill the tank with clean water, then press the cleaning button again. After this process, the warning sign will go off; And your Nespresso coffee machine becomes clean and at a negligible cost. Trust this advice; I've been using it for years.

    NOT HELPFUL. INDICATOR STILL ON.
    And just for you to know, people. It's my second time having this stupid problem. The machine went to service for a month, and at the time it returned it seemed to be fixed but... NOPE. My second descaling, and again struggling. And they just don't care. I regret that I spend this money for that

    my one didn’t give the descale on just the lungo and espresso and it only came water from the coffee hole
    not from the pipe

      because i tried to descale it because the milk frother wasn’t making foam anymore after 1 month of using it and i tried descaling it and it came water only from coffee hole not from the pipe.

    Wow, I just did the Descaling.... in the potable water descaling phase, my machine started to burn.... :( luckily I unplugged so no damage or injury. Any warranty for that?

      Are you sure you were in the potable water descaling phase and not the butane accelerant, napalm airstrike phase? Personally, I think it's a design mistake to have the buttons so close together.

      My old one had so many problems. Never worked before the second or third try. But the new model we got wont allow you to make a coffee without descaling

      Mine didn’t. So I took the rescaling nozzle out and put it in again and the amber light started blinking as shown in the video and I was able to start the process.

    BEWARE!!! Just a warning, descale at your own risk, I did a descaling and now my machine doesn’t work anymore, called tech support and they aren’t sure either. Told me to do another descaling 😅 wish me luck 🤞🏼

    Onze machine staat meer in reparatie als dat we koffie kunnen drinken, elke 2 weken gaat het ontkalkingslampje branden en als ik hem dan ontkalk doet hij niks anders meer. En moet hij weer opgestuurd worden. Geen andere oplossingen maar wettelijk mogen ze hem 3 a 4 keer in reparatie nemen voor er iets anders gedaan word. Ik was altijd een tevreden klant al 5 jaar maar Nespresso komt me nu de keel uit

    "Take around 20 minutes" not true...almost 50 mins
    "When the water tank runs empty, the espresso button shines" - not true, still blinking.
    "Once the rinsing finished, the machine switches off" not true, the espresso button still blinking. So?

      @@nespresso Czech Republic. The alert lights on my machine are set differently than in this vid, the descaling alert is on top, the cleaning alert on the bottom. They both only ever blink, they never shine steadily.
      ETA: Also, when I start descaling, the espresso button shines. But when I need to start the rinsing afterwards, the lungo button shines.

    Hello. my coffee machine stopped making coffee with milk. when I press the latte button, machine first thinks for a long time, and then all the buttons start flashing. Other two buttons (espresso and lungo) work fine. but it only doesn't work when I want to make a latte. I am attaching a video below. Also im based in Kyrgyzstan, there is no official Nespresso service. What can i do?
