This does not work for me at all. I turn the machine on, remove milk and the machine does not register me pressing the hot milk and flat white buttons.
Hi Jason, can we please just check if you're pressing the buttons together, at the same time? If so and you still can't access menu mode, we would recommend calling our Technical Team on freephone 0800 442 442 (UK) / 1800 812 660 (ROI), selecting option 3. @@nespresso yes. Pressing both buttons at the same time. I will need to reach out to technical support again, we have had a number of issues with this machine.
@@saidk1984 I ended up calling Nespresso and my machine was replaced due to other issues. They confirmed they couldn't access the menu on the particular one I sent back. The replacement is the same though.

If you remove the milkcontainer it should work. Once I removed it, it worked for me
