Nice vid. One of the main things I never see people covering, is about learning to relax. It's a major thing I see with new people, they almost always have lots of tension in their shoulders etc.
Something I have always wondered, Why is front foot at an angle? I feel like when I turn my front foot in, it locks the hip where I can’t fully rotate my hips on the cross. I feel like I can turn my backhand over more when my lead foot is at 12:00 , so I naturally stand in more of of “L”. I want to make sure my fundamentals are sound. I will change this if I need to, just wanted to know your thoughts. Cheers!
Dear coach, I am from India🇮🇳 it's almost impossible to learn boxing where I live and I've been trying to learn boxing on my own for almost more than 3 years, I and my friend used to do light sparing and we were pretty good at this but he can't do this anymore so I joined a so called gym in my area in this gym nobody knows about real boxing all the people are aggressive in this gym and I thought I could defeat them cause they don't even know basics of boxing but when I did sparing with them they beat me very badly it happened thrice even though my punches and footwork and all the the other things are much better than these people but still I got defeated maybe because I am not used to doing sparing with aggressive people I don't know the reason but right now I am real depressed cause all of my hard work that I did, did not pay me off and I don't have any idea what I should do now maybe a few words of your might help me but I am not sure about this cause I am really devastated
Dude self taught hardwork worth 3 years is nothing even I’m from where you are from but be realistic what makes you believe your self taught 3 years wouldn’t have any mistakes? You barely actually made few months improvement in that span of 3 years it’s obviously going to be full of loopholes don’t get on a high horse believing that those years of your work can let you decimate anyone you face stick to the path & keep improving what you did was nothing absolute nothing there’s a reason why coaches or a teacher exists I never think that being self taught I could square off with anyone easily be “realistic” you bought that devastation on yourself its your fault make improvements
I'm from India too n am just learning the basics from UA-cam so here's my novice 2 cents - technique n stuff is great but u need to focus on strength and agility too, i think that might help counter the aggressive boxers. Focus on dodging n blocking and counter when opportunity shows itself.
@@riyazqureshi7656no worries, if you just learned 3 years of basics/ technique and never done sparring, of course you can lose against Guys who sparring frequently threw years. Thats why its essential to do sparring. 1 „middle hard“ sparring every 1-2 weeks.
But when I punch the bag with just handwraps on, my fore knuckles would bleed more than my actual knuckles. Is this because my wraps needs to cover the foreknuckles aswell or is it the way I'm hitting the bag? This happens often when im doing hooks.
I also have experienced it I fixed it by few things First is not punching with full power Second is be in close range where you can throw your shot correctly for ex hook and third is more layers on my knuckles and wrist so that they are protected But I would prefer just punch with bag gloves
Thanks man, my wife wouldn't stand a chance after this one .

Very true!
Really like the pole analogy, noticed i was dipping my head after you said that
That paper sound effect is so loud I thought someone was doing it inside of my ear canal. 😂😂😂
Bros form is incredible
Starting boxing recently - coach has a big group so is hardly ever able to correct us, thank you for these vids
Thanks for the love man❤️
My unborn child isn’t gonna stand a chance now thanks Mr glitch
I’ve only been watching your Instagram content and you’ve never talked. The accent caught me off guard lol.
Great advice for begginers
Can we get more content?
Just a quick question.
How the hell do you practice upper cuts with just a flat heavy bag?
You don't
some people make the shot miss by a centimeter, some people land the knuckles softly, some people don't throw uppercuts at all
Miss it on purpose. You might be able to practice a body uppercut on it better than a head uppercut.
Mate I just found your channel and you have inspired me to begin boxing training. Much love and blessings. Subscribed
Nice video! I'm practicing them lately.
Hand speed and hook tutorial pls , u seem quick af

Knuckles fingers, you ment to tilt Knuckles in to shot? You in the triservice team? Great speed
Question, do you do any weight training, or purely calisthenics?
Could you go over footwork and more punches?
My wife won’t know what hit her 🥊
Hey man I’ve just recovered from a dislocated shoulder, I am a boxer myself but I was wondering what’s the best way to ease back into it?

Hello! Are you a natural left handed or you are a natural right handed and staying in Southpaw stance?
Hey handsome, does overheating get better with training? Or will there always be a linear water/electrolyte loss over the time you're active?
I have a question, whenever I throw a jab, my head just flicks for no reason, can u help?
Should I lift for more reps or with more weight ?
What's the reason for a slap being illegal? Is it just a respect thing, or is there more to it?
inside of the glove has little to no padding on it, illegal blow
@@glitchboxing Thanks! I'm very new to boxing, and I've heard the thing about the slap on multiple occasions, so I was confused lol
I would pay you more than I care to admit to do this for a southie
That paper sound is ridiculously loud
I think it should be louder lol
There is always an Asian faster and better than you. 😂
Sorry, but that sound effect for the subtitle/notes is really distracting for me.
