Thank you for the great video. Simple, to the point and safe. I know there is a lot of time put into making these videos and I hope you continue sharing your knowledge with the world.

I love this method of canning dry beans thank you for sharing. Needing two pints for your family or 5 why don’t you just can quarts? You would save on the lids if nothing else. Just my thoughts ❤️ thank you again for sharing

How long would you process quarts and would you put 1 cup of beans in?

1 cup per quart jar. Process for 90 minutes. Sorry she didn’t answer you. I just now stumbled over her channel but decided not to follow her because she don’t answer questions 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you for this video! Do they cook in the jar during the canning process? When you open them for use, can you eat them right out of the can (theoretically, if you like room temp beans😉). Or would you need to strain and then cook? If so, for how long.

I appreciate your video. And, I don't mean to be ugly, but why go through all the extra work to have everything so sterile? It will not be sterile going into the canner, no matter what. But, the canning process kills all bacteria, right?
I know many ppl are like this. But, I have limited energy. I feel like its overkill, and we can get a lot more done if we skip the jars in oven. Freshly cleaned is all that's necessary, in my opinion.
But, pls share any data to the contrary.
I'm a newbie. But, my degree us in Microbiology.
    Blessings!

Hi I'm your new subscriber I have a question as I don't speak English I use the translator, as soon as you arrive at the correct altitude and the regulator starts to swing we have to regulate the fire right so that the temperature remains ?? another thing, how many liters does your pan have? I was very confused thank you very much if you answer me🌸🌸
