reminds me of that scene from Hellsing ultimate, when Sir Integra leaves the Iscariot organization, one of them, Miss Burnemore, wanted to take her hostage. Specifically, when she's arguing with Yumi, that Dalek is like "but I want to shoot him!"

Honestly, I wish either the Dalek Time Controller or the Dalek Time Strategist made it into the show. The Daleks being led by and intelligent and strategic Dalek makes them so much more dangerous.
