Ek9 and the Ek chassis is the ultimate chassis in my eyes. The Japanese achieved a divine combination here! I love this car I have a B18C Swapped Ek4 with Ek9 and Dc2 goodies and it is simply amazing and an endless source of driving pleasure!
I onwed a ek9 for three years, iv driven both the fk2 and fk8 and could of got one easy, got a k24 eg now and although would rip my ek9 apart I still miss the 9 every day! Hands down best drivers car and experience iv had
I wish I could drive an EK9 like that, I have an EJ9 myself, Only has a D14 in it but you can still have fun. It's a good momentum car because the chassis is so good!
I used to have one of these years ago, and I only gave it up because I got handed down something a little more comfortable for my daily commute. Great little cars. Rock solid reliability. Fun handling. But once you're the wrong side of 25 and a little overweight, getting into one feels like you're climbing into a soapbox racer bathtub with wheels :D... So low down I felt like I was reclining.

I love hooning around IOW in my civic while I'm there for the festival.. the droop exhaust is an M2 dolphin exhaust I'm contemplating getting the same or the M2 Hornet. loved the video can't wait to hook around isle of wight military road and downs road again keep up the good work 👌
If you want something similar on more of a budget then the EK4 is great, only 25bhp down with the same lively raw vtec fun from the B16A2. With basic light mods can become just as fun without the worry of damaging it as much as the Type R
