I still need to find the right time to listen to it! Need to be in a good mood for a first full listen! But from what I've heard of it, it seems like an amazing album!

Deftones has its own genre ... you get heavy with atmospheric and the singing of chino puts it all together and this album shows what they can do when everything is mixed from all previous albums. Awesome album!

Been a Deftones fan since '98! Words can't describe how much I enjoyed this album - It was a much needed musical escape. "Ohms" has been rocking my living room speakers for a few months now!

I can't stand when people pause the songs to talk! I even feel pretty bad for talking while listening, I try to limit myself to a few words and give my overall opinion at the end of the song!

Last night I saw Revolver’s top 25 albums of 2020 (I guess so far since it’s not over yet) and they had this as #1! Well deserved. I was happy to see Puscifer’s new album made it to #19.

Bro you HAVE to listen to the slowed and reverb versions of both these songs they hit so different. Especially spell of mathematics
I don't find these slowed down + reverb versions interesting. To me, it's kinda like that Nightcore shit. The artists wrote it that way, they made it sound that way and it's perfect as it is.

I’ve been listening and loving Deftones since high school and Adrenaline, Around the Fur, White Pony, self titled, Saturday Night Wrists, Diamond Eyes, Kio No Yokan, Gore, Euros “somewhere” and Ohms. Sorry to be a super fan nerd but they have literally molded my taste in music, in a very positive way, I think at least… love the reactions. U gotta check some of the Deftones Cover Songs Amazing as well Chino Moreno is simply incredible and the whole band is and always has been on point…. Much love and peace ✌️

@@jonathanjenson5000 I never really been a hardcore Deftones fan (even though I absolutely adore some of their songs) but I can say that I was really hyped for this album ! And these two songs were super cool to discover ! I'm always searching for new music, andI love when "old school" bands are keeping the pace with the new generations ! Deftones always sound super modern and that's what I like the most with them !

They draw energy from different places, and minus the last album, all albums have been fantastic. They bring something of their own to the table.
I'd hate to hear a Deftones tribute, I don't think anyone would fill those shoes
@@jonathanjenson5000 So true ! Deftones is the kind of bands that can't be recreated ! Just like Meshuggah, for example ! A lot of bands try to sound like them, but nobody actually does ! Deftones has a unique sound that you can recognize in an instant !

The best part of deftones is their tones itself for example, Saturday night wrist Shares this similar tone to this Ohms album which is more harmonic something you blast on a summer night cruise with a joint! Compared to their "harder" tone for example the album "Adrenaline" which gives you that "mosh" feel. this is why deftones is just a band that is so fucking good! They create so much emotions! Great video keep it up!

this is definetly in the top 3 maybe even top 2? its a 9.5/10 album for me so its up there with diamond eyes and saturday night wrist also white pony allthough i prefer NW and DE than WP allthough there are just so many WP fans out there but yeah ohms is like a 3rd or 2nd place its very subjective
I'm not familiar enough with all their discography, even though I've known them for years and years, I really need to dive deep into their music at some point to have an idea! Diamond Eyes is an amazing album, and the title track is still one of my favourite song ever!
