it is the code of color.

@@tzzzliang4874, you don't need to remember it, you can just play with pallete of colours in that menu, and choose the color that you want.
Also, there is tons of sites, that have codes of colors.

There are apps like Adobe Capture where you can get color palettes and the codes from your own images so you can know what exact colors makes a specific photo look interesting

Start learning blender... Make a donut following the donut tutorial by blenderGuru... Then follow these channels

-CG Boost
And there's a dozen more And you will go about discovering them.. master your blender skills... Then start the unreal Engine or better yet, unity engine...
