    Mat exercises adapted to standing are always so interesting... To feel how different the same movement/shape is because gravity pulls differently is sneakily challenging. My legs feel it already, but I know I will feel it in my core later tonight or in the morning. Thank you. This was great. Snuck it in at work 😂
