    Love the addition of a pet to the roll up! I can visualise everyone bringing their pets to class and the mayhem that would involve 😂😂😂 I have cats and one of them likes to sit on me whilst teaching a Pilates class on zoom, this adds a challenge to the move 😊😁 Personally I love our furry babies being around as they add their character though I appreciate some people may not feel the same 🙄

      Yes… i agree. We love having Sir Lancelot around us in the classes. We are almost done with his therapy dog education. He is such a great addition. Everyone here in the studio loves him. 🐾

    This session was very intense, my body is well warmed up, even if I took a few mini breaks between the exercises I had a lot of fun working with the band and your smile Hannah, who always gives me the courage not to abandon the session but to adapt to my form and my possibilities of the day and what a pleasure in a few months to do it again and to note the progress made, a thousand thanks.

      It is the pelvis stability. Try this exercise without moving your pelvis, and circle the leg as big as possible! 💪

    Hi Hannah. What resistance was the band and how long did you cut it? Was going to use in one of my classes but I tried with a 7ft medium band and either that was too challenging or I'm getting weak! 🤣 Thanks x
