  • This is your BodyFit by Amy 30-Minute TRX EMOM workout! This is day 17 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge and we are going to hit it hard for strength, cardio, and mobility using your TRX suspension trainer. In the EMOM format each circuit will alternate two exercises, reseting at the start of each minute. Work at your own pace and let's have a good time! Are you ready? Let's do it!!

    This was my 2nd time doing this one and I loved it! All of the moves were ones that I enjoy and the ending was perfect. Love doing pikes, climbers and roll ups! 😍

    Awesome workout Amy🤩 It’s Mary from Nebraska. This week marks my 10th year of you, TRX, Cardio, Dumbbells and Kettlebells. My 1st granddaughter was in the womb when I started following you. In that time I had back fusions from L3-S1. Then I became a Breast Cancer survivor. You have been here in my home 🏡 reminding me to go at my own pace. “Be where you are today” Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Happy Mother’s Day to you 2022🥳

    TRX in this EMOM format was nice but I couldn't do the plank to pike and mountain climber part 😇
    In the last TRX workout, that core part was little doable. It was uploaded on Nov. 19th. Someday I might do this core section as beautifully as you do 🤗
