I have had problems with my hands for about 4 years and eventually just gave up on boxing and yoga. This was the first video I was able to do without pain. Thank you for posting. I am looking forward to starting yoga again and regaining my strength in new ways.
I just cut my fingers pretty deeply yesterday. I'm really thankful for hands free yoga sessions right now so I can keep active over the next two weeks or so while this heals!
Great class Erin! Please can you do more wrist/hand free classes, flows and stretches as I have thumb arthritis in both hands and wrist tendonitis but I still love doing yoga

Thank you for creating classes for everyone! Just what I needed. I worked my core and my legs without causing stress to my elbow. I have injured my elbow from too many planks and chaturangas.
Recovering from cracked ribs, I NEEDED to move and decided this class, having no arm strength poses ,would be a could way to do that. Excellent class, still had to modify a few things, but I got through!!

I feel especially calm and centered after this one (the ocean!). Sometimes I feel so rushed through vinyasa. It was nice to take a step back and focus on my balance and the breath. Thank you for everything you do for us, Erin!
Erin, thank you for this wonderful practice. Due to an eye condition, i have to avoid all inversions, planks and down dogs. Loved the energetic flow and the beautiful Costa Rican beach! Great way to start my day.
Thanks, always wanted to do yoga, but felt not at ease in a class due to my missing left underarm. Classes always use difficult poses with the arms. I never like not to be able to participate. This was my first really good experience. Right from home. Thank you so much!!

Excellent class Erin! I love the extended supine spinal twists at the end. Your verbal cues are perfect as I wear glasses (I take them off during class) and can't always see what you're doing on my laptop. Thank you so much!
This was so relaxing and re-balancing.....it reminds me of the classes I used to go to in the late 90's with not so much emphasis on vinyasa. I used this class for late pregnancy prenatal yoga and it was perfect for that with modification of the twists and navasana and supine positions. Love your classes, thanks Erin! xox

Erin, I didn’t know what to expect. You really surprised me. I have a tennis shoulder I have been nursing for months. This was such a wonderful flow, though I struggled with some arm raises. It’s different and I really love all the balances, Thank you.
