Add this 30 minute hands free yoga practice to your regular routine whenever your hands, sore wrists, elbows, shoulder pain or upper body need a break. Try the 💙 *HIPS SLOW STRETCH:* bit.ly/25minHIPS
Nice flow, got a gentle sweat. Good to have a hands free practice that doesn’t focus on balancing postures. Great to have Fish in at the end,a delectable little gem rarely shown.
The jaunty music while planking was a humorous surprise :) Great to have a few routines suitable to do when there's upper body limitations, it's not my wrists causing me grief, but this still worked perfectly for me at this time.
Is anybody else doing this on the month of yoga challenge? Highly recommended!!! It took me way more than a month but it is the most time I have dedicated to my mat EVER! I can really see a difference from day one too!! Thanks Sara!!
I injured my shoulder a while ago & have felt like I couldn't practice yoga for so long. Thank you for this wonderful flow that gave my shoulder a break!! I feel a million times better already.
Thanks so much for this, I've been so tired of always having to do sun salutations. It was a pleasure not having to do so today. I'd love to see more like this.
I am happy I found your video as it is helping me recover from two broken wrists that were surgically repaired. I have been practicing yoga for about 3 years and didn’t even realize you could practice handsfree! Thank you very much for your excellent & well paced direction.
I overdid it at work last night and ended up with a very painful left hand. The wrist is fine, but the hand... ow. I really appreciate that this routine was a good full-body stretch and strengthen, yet was easily modified to keep my weight entirely off my hand. I especially appreciated the pulling the fingers backward. I couldn't go as far with my left hand, but the gentle stretching has eased some of the pain. Thank you.
This has been my favourite wrist care yoga routine so far - love that you included the forearm plank and the wrist stretches. Thank you so much! This was a pleasure 🌷
This was a wonderful find. You are clear and well paced. Really great. I have just broken my wrist and have felt really weak - this practise has given me confidence to get going with yoga again. Thank you so much. Will need to find a longer version as I gain increasing strength.
Thank you for this hands free practice. After shattering my elbow, I can only practice and teach hands free. I like that you added the alternative for forearm plank.
I really am liking this one more and more. I find it just challenging enough that I am getting smoother with each time I do it . Wrists are slowly getting better. 🌻🌻❤️
I just wanted to say thank you for all of these wonderful yoga practices. These practices are helpful especially during these difficult times. All of your yoga videos are relaxing and soothing. Have a wonderful day!
I really love this one. Different flow that's a nice pace that makes easy to stay with my breathing. It's challenging so I feel accomplished when I do it. Makes me sweat. And my wrists and fingers appreciate the stretching part. I come back to this one again and again. Thank you. 💖
Thank you for this practice, I fractured my wrist and have not been able to do my normal yoga classes. It was really good the finger stretching, it is a good exercise to start using my hand.
I currently have my right hand in a splint following tendon repair. I love this sequence. It was one of my favourites anyway, but now returned to it and its lifted me no end. I switched out the wrist sequence and gorilla pose for side plank followed by butterfly. Thank you
Thanks for this. Perfect to work out the kinks at the end of the day. I do always feel invigorated after your sessions and truly appreciate your ability to provide just enough cues to allow for flow without visually having to follow along. Key to helping me get into the mental part of the practice without more noise than I already have going on in my head! Thank you, Sarah Beth!
One of my favorites!!!As a massage therapist, I find many yoga practices are very straining to my wrists, so I was very excited when I saw your had one specific to be gentler for my wrists. Love it!!
Thank you Sara Beth for this series. I do have sore wrist issues and struggle often with poses that depend on wrist envolvment so this is very helpful. Love it!
Thank you for this wonderful practice. And for getting enough speed going that it felt like a flow. And for not feeling like every moment has to be filled with talking. This was just a delight to do!
much like all of your videos, this was amazing. your verbal cues are perfect for helping me into the perfect expression of each pose for my body. yoga is such an enormous part of my life, and for someone who deals with chronic pain/inflammation in my wrists/hands/fingers, this routine gives me the opportunity to not have to miss out on my asana practice due to pain. thank you so much! I truly honor the divine in you. Namaste ♡
YAY this is the video you were filming in your Day in the Life!! Other than your yoga practices of course, I watch both of your Day in the Life videos all the time! They are so relaxing and inspiring!
Okay... I didn’t do my usual Friday morning routine- today is my Friday- and already that is a change in itself. I definitely like using my hands- in fact, I started the plank in hands then dropped down to forearms. I’ll definitely be doing my Friday routine with sarah later this evening including arms and some deep stretching!!! Nice vid! 🤸♀️🧘♀️🙏💋
Thanks for this. Cool, damp weather has my wrists stiff and sore. This is a great practice for those days when down dog and chataranga dandasana are just not going to happen. Love the extra tips for sore wrists as well.
Hi Sarah! I love your yoga videos! It's also nice to listen to that soothing music in every practise❤ I've just had a neck surgery so these hands free practises are so helpfull at the moment! This way I'll get to have yoga in my life every day until I can do the down ward dogs and chattarangas again!😊Thank you so much for being there for us! 💟💟💟 Namaste 👁
Such a great practice with that little bit of fire burning In the belly and thighs. This is my go to 30 min of practice to get a little zen into my day!
Thank you so much for this routine! Eight weeks ago I broke my left arm at the wrist & elbow. Seven weeks ago I broke my rt wrist! I find that my left arm hasn't healed enough to tolerate weight bearing.. This is a perfect routine for me while my wrists heal..
I love all of your videos but this one is my absolute favorite! My wrists have always been trouble for me so I really appreciate you putting together this practice. Namaste
Ahhh this was so good! I had already done some careful weight lifting and I really wanted to do yoga but I cut the pad of my left ring finger really badly this morning, so the chaturangas and even downward dog just wasn't happening today! :( this was the perfect solution! I just used my first two fingers and my thumb for the fingertip props and my legs and arms are all nice and stretched out for the day! Thankyou so much, Teacher :)
Thank you for this, Sarah Beth! I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right thumb/wrist last year. Since then, I've been modifying your yoga routines on my own so it's really nice to have a couple routines where I don't have to worry about making up my own modifications. Also, I really loved that warrior/triangle flow!
Thank you so much for making this! I had given up on doing any yoga for the past several weeks because I developed tendonitis in my wrists. I would love to see another wrist-sensitive flow like this one with more hip openers and floor work, or balancing on one foot (like tree, dancer pose...) Again, thank you! You made my morning!
Thank you for this routine. I had stopped doing yoga due to a recurring wrist injury, but now I'm back in the loop doing this and your 20 minute hands free routine. I hope you'll do more in the future. My favorite part though, is when you have us thank ourselves for doing the routine at the end. I find that uplifting.
Thank you so much for this and all your videos. You are really helping me with a lot of tension in my body (running related) and mind (depression related).
Thank you so much for this practice! I am in a cast so could not do all of the hand and finger stretches but can't wait to try once the cast is off! Especially for recovery. Namaste :)
Thank you very much for this sequence! I did it with my partner who has a damaged wrist. You're very clear, gentle and accommodating in the way you lead the practice, which in refreshing to find. I especially enjoyed the Salsa Plank! I look forward to exploring more of your videos. Namaste! x
Beautifully cued and so grateful for no- chit-chat instruction. But not a good choice for anyone in splint or cast, esp if elbow motion is restricted-mods aren’t possible for many moves. Will return to this when cast is off.

I have sensitive joints, wrists especially, and I think this was my favorite yoga workout ever thus far! I would love more workouts like this!
I injured my shoulder a while ago & have felt like I couldn't practice yoga for so long. Thank you for this wonderful flow that gave my shoulder a break!! I feel a million times better already.

I just love this routine. Repeated flows and great for sore elbows, wrists or even shoulders...

I shattered my wrist in February when I fell on black ice and you’ve given me back the gift of yoga as I continue to heal. Thank you so very much💕🌷🙏🏻
This felt so good! My favorite part was the chair position with fist connected hooked over rotating sides of the knee. What a stretch!
So glad this video exists! I'm new to yoga ~ 5 months and my wrists are killing me but I wanted to still continue my practice! Thanks SarahBeth!

The flow is unbelievable... I will try this again...
Many thanks Sarah...

I’ve been negotiating a pinched nerve in my neck for the past year-THANK YOU for all the No-hands yoga! It’s saving me ❤
Thank YOU for watching, Lauren! So glad this has been helpful for you!
This has been my favourite wrist care yoga routine so far - love that you included the forearm plank and the wrist stretches. Thank you so much! This was a pleasure 🌷
You're so welcome! Thank YOU for watching! 💙
Thank you Sarahbeth 🙏 and my hands and wrists thank you too! After this flow, I feel balanced and relaxed.

Thanks for this video! I’m recovering from De Quervain’s tendonitis and this is exactly what I was looking for.
This is by far the only way I can get myself to relax. So proud this is my third week practicing 2-3x.
I loved the speed of this! You went through the flow once at a perfectly slow pace so I knew what to do, then sped up to challenge me a bit. Thanks!
I really love this one. Different flow that's a nice pace that makes easy to stay with my breathing. It's challenging so I feel accomplished when I do it. Makes me sweat. And my wrists and fingers appreciate the stretching part. I come back to this one again and again. Thank you. 💖

I have rheumatoid arthritis and this is the best yoga routine i have found so far that i can work with. TY💖
You’re so welcome! 🙏 I’m glad you are able to practice.

Is there anything that SarahBeth has not thought of? Thank you for this wrist friendly series
Thank you for this hands free practice which has allowed me to continue my practice while pampering a bad elbow. ❤️

Thank you so much! My wrists always hurt terribly after ordinary yoga. (too much mouse work and sitting at a desk) This is great!
Such a great practice with that little bit of fire burning In the belly and thighs. This is my go to 30 min of practice to get a little zen into my day!
Thanks Sarah for this very useful video! Its very helpful yoga practice to avoid muscle stiffness for people who work in a constant sitting position.
I have done this practice 3 times now and like it more each time. Thankyou x

This is an excellent session as I feel as energised as I do after a full session. Thank you
Thank you love hands free options so much. Am limited to this style.
You never disappoint. Love this routine, It certainly loosened me up as bones are crunching in my neck.
Thank you so much for this and all your videos. You are really helping me with a lot of tension in my body (running related) and mind (depression related).
I liked the wrist stretches. My wrists do a lot of work between sports and work and this felt really good
Thank you so much for this practice! I am in a cast so could not do all of the hand and finger stretches but can't wait to try once the cast is off! Especially for recovery. Namaste :)
This is fantastic thank you. I am new to yoga and after doing a number of downward dogs it was great to do a hands free.
My favorite part of this video was when we stretched each individual finger. That was heavenly.
👌❤
Favourite part - the flow near the beginning 😊

Great class! I have recently developed tendinitis in my left arm so am unable to put any weight on it. I'd love to do a 1 hour class if you can!!
This felt very chilled 😀
Perfect practice while I wait for the blisters on my palms to heal. 🙏🏻

Excellent routine. Really nice lady with a nice voice and way to her. Big fan
