Yep, I fly drones. I use a jumper T12. For crawlers I use Futaba 7px. I also use the futaba with my 4wd buggies. I never even thought to use a stick radio for crawling.

Ive been trying to decide between a zorro and the radiolink rc8x but when i was young i only ever used stick radios…there werent any pistol ones back then i dont remember lol I love the extra dimension of control the stick setup gives . So you dont have front dig or individual OD / UD programmed its more a dual rates thing ? Cheers Rob 😊🙏
Thanks! I have front dig... It's a pressure switch that I press with my left index finger. If the switch is not pressed the left stick controls the 2 esc (dront and rear). Then, the right stick, besides the steering (left to right), controls the rear motor to make OD/UD (up & down). I use flysky receivers with AFHDS and AFHDS 2A protocols. Just look for them on aliexpress or ebay, they are really cheap!
