Honestly I do not know. Depends on ram speed and latency. Overall I think it is like 10% difference on average. Slowest ddr5 will be probably have similar performance as a good ddr4. And it can depend on program and game. Theoretically it has much higher bandwidth so if so it will affect more the programs that need a lot of memory being sent back and forth at a short period of time. I d suggest checking tests for programs you use on similar laptops where cpu, amount of ram and videocard (max power as well) are same but ram is different.

@universeguy4771 it really depends on prices in your country. In the US laptops go on sale and can be found at great price. Full price for this Tuf Dash is $1400 which is high. But $1000 on sale is great. If you want to save - get something with i5/ryzen 5 6xxx/7xxxx 12th-13th gen, 16gb ram and 3060 or 4050 or Radeon equivalent. Asus, Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo - good. Other brands - I don’t like much
