also, the issue with you filming isn't that difficult to identify. if you're on a main street with a lot of traffic, both people and vehicles, then you don't have to worry. however, if you're walking around and find yourself in an alley or more closed off area along the back streets or something, and you see places lined with girls- those are places that don't like being filmed. i mean, you can film there if you want but don't be surprised if you get more than just some angry girls after you. those places generally don't open up near actual markets that sell clothing and stuff like that, so if you're in an area with a lot of bars and massage parlours then it's pretty obvious what's going on.
