I am experiencing the exact same spasm in MY elbow. I love muscle spasms, so fascinating!

See a neurologist just to rule out anything sinister,prob benign fasciculation syndrome.mnd,ms could be the cause these symptoms.check muscle tone and reflexes ect to rule out the nasties.Might do emg if he has any doubts.

I'll have this specific twitch for 3 or 4 weeks then it eventually goes away and something somewhere else will start up.
