I can confirm that you dont have BFS. Fasciculations are very particular. There are no fasciculations here but nervous spasm. I can say this because the contraction is exactly on the same place. No involvment of different muscle units.
I will say after have been seeing all your videos that you probably have a lack of electrolytes/vitamines/hydratation and maybe a low blood flow.
