  • Hello and welcome in my first tutorial about Octane Renderer, in this tutorial i wanted to cover cool tricks using material layers in Octane.

    This is amazing! Would it be possible for you to upload any of the rendered images you've made of the shaderball with the various setups like you show in the photoshop file and? Even better would be a C4D scene with a bunch of different takes with different materials, you show/explain things much better than the Octane manual does in most cases, this would be super helpful to have as hard copy reference! Thank you! (p.s. -envious of your 24GB VRAM!)

      Hey! Unfortunetly i dont have this much time to make whole documentation with examples about it, work and tutorials take my whole time i have haha. Octane manual is actually great, its clean and tons of images helps out understand Octane better. But hopefully my tutorials will keep giving you some fresh knowledge every week!
