Jouelzy, you're responding as a reasonable person with common sense and dignity. This group traveled to Mexico to take this young woman's life. The circumstances are absolutely wild! I can't imagine traveling with "friends" and then not returning home alive! They should be under the prison for the rest of their natural lives!

Those are different things to me. One would be murder the other would be either an accident or manslaughter. Gross negligence, maybe? After a fight, I wouldn't expect zero charges, though.
Justice will be served upon all those involved in due time. With the current administration in D.C. or not justice will prevail. God of heaven and Earth will intervene as always whenever authority has failed its people in the earth.

I'm so disgusted. The Justice Department isn't pursuing charges because this is Black on Black crime! I left a tweet to the DOJ stating that they need to prepare for more cases like this as this case says that all you need to do is to get someone you want to harm to travel internationally, take their life, record the deed, and return home and you won't be punished in any way! ALL OF THE PEOPLE INVOLVED SHOULD BE UNDER THE PRISON! I'm so upset! This case is absolutely ridiculous!

One last thing: please don't expect no charges to be filed. The crime didn't take place in the United States. Which means we have no legal authority over the matters. The united states is not the world police. We can't go and investigate and charge people in other countries for crimes that took place somewhere else. Example: New York prosecutor couldn't charge me with assault. If I slapped somebody in Mexico. Just like Mexico couldn't charge somebody with assault. If I slapped somebody in New York.

Maybe what you're seeing is the product of someone who will not listen to anyone, who refuses to be called to order by anyone. Why did nobody stop her? Probably because she is known to be chaotic and cannot listen even if you care about her. That behaviour is quite common among young BW.

I’m praying for them s situation. They clearly weren’t her friends. I don’t think they feel bad and have convinced themselves Shanquella did something that warranted the treatment she received. They’re essentially a group of sociopaths for witnessing, recording and carrying out the actions that unalived someone.
They were not Shanquella friends! These were some ignorant low life people to let her get beat in this manner and do nothing to stop it.
