Mate I do most of those poses in my hot yogalates classes. The side plank with the leg raised is a shoulder killer. Good follow along instruction. Thanks Dean.
Thanks for this. I'm way out of shape but I was able to do some of these and now I can see how unbalanced and out of shape I am and I have a goal now, to do these like you without having to rest.

This may be only 10mins but it's a tough one, very effective tho'. I struggle with lifting my hand off the floor in the 1 leg plank & have to keep it down lightly for balance, but then I am 72! I've recommended your exercises to friends & family. Since revamp of your website I've lost access to members area, (it was only limited anyway) but managed to find this on UA-cam. Thanks for what I believe to be the best, easy to follow & effective exercises out there. Philip

How often would you recommend we practice this to develop our abs?
We recommend trying it at least 3x a week. You'll also want to adjust lifestyle habits, like diet, to get some good results.
