You don't even need the fancy bait bag get a spool of sewing thread but your chicken liver on the hook and wrap the thread around it to keep the liver on the hook

...The t-turn bait rig is #7B and it comes with a size large t-turn and 25 lb fluoro line :)
Why does my leader always get tangled?
@@GAM3BR3DR3AP3R could be the tag ends of your knots are too long ,- be sure to keep them trimmed very short, close to the actual knot👍🎣
@@CookingwiththeCoias yes it’s pretty short close to the knot. It’s weird that I get tangled on every retrieved and on the video he doesn’t 🤷♂️

Got a bait better than cut baits and liver. Beef hot dogs garlic power three days keep pouring water off them the weener gets tough flats love em them not such a secret is slim Jim jalapeno flavor no weight just split shot I catch the hell out flats in West VA
Interesting bits here, but wish you acted more humane since you decided to let her go. Wet your hands before touching fish (damages protective mucus layer) and Don't lift fish by jaw (can break it then they can't feed themselves). These help the fish return to wild after that big struggle.
Catfish have big and strong Jaws I'm pretty sure lifting it by the jaw won't mess it up
