I went fishing for a carp. It took me almost 2 days to get the bait prepared, choose the places to fish and be strong enough to face the fails throughout the whole day. Evening cold wind and temperatures got in my bones and morale, but I've managed to stand my ground and be successful, I got a beautiful common carp as my reward. Adrenaline rush I got fighting the fish made me warm and comfortable, I just forgot all negative things were happening to me during the day. Motivation and drive is everything! Thanks for watching!🙂
like 9 that was a big one, lots of meat, I didn't realize how big the scales were on carp and first time seeing one that big only ever saw smaller ones in schools under bridges, I am happy you had success and great share
In my state, carp are an invasive species and one may catch them pretty much however they want and as many as one wants. On other channels, they bleed their carp out. I've never tried carp, but will keep them in mind, should I need an easy to get food source out of the river...
You are right, Carp is an invasive specie in my state as well. They are really good fighters when fishing and meat is not bad, only thing is Y bones, you need to either remove them prior to serving or just little annoying while eating 😀. As for the value, it has a white meat and is quite nutritious full of protein and phosphorus, great for eye sight 👍
@@JEBOOUTDOORS Well, this answers the question I was about to post. Your catch would be highly valued in the Philippines. Too bad there is no bounty on these bad boys. Get paid to fish and give what you can not use to any Asian neighbors nearby. Guts, heads and tails go deep into the garden soil
