They need to re-do the Sand Trooper on this bod. With the same guns as the original. A black armoured Shadow Trooper with the silver lenses would be an easy repaint.
Is it me or is the helmet sculpt on this figure far superior to the George Lucas version? I’ve got George and I’m trying to work out if it’s worth getting this one?
One of the disadvantages of the larger figures on the Kenner cardback a is how much of the art the figure covers up. No matter how you place it, the 6” figures take up a lot of real estate. It also bugs me when they release them boxed and give us the same figure, sometimes with fewer accessories, on a vintage style card for a higher price. You could literally buy the Lando in Skiff Guard for $11 shipped on Amazon while the retro cardback figure was in stores for $25. That’s why he’s still warming those pegs!

I agree completely!

I do like this one- haven’t compared side by side. They are going to have a hard time tipping this one down the line, though!
Your review was nicely done.
Thanks so much, and thanks for watching!
Is it the same as mando version ?
Yes- it is the one from a couple of years ago from Mandolorian.
Got 40 of the first version of stormtrooper. Current have 28 of this one.
That is awesome! It really is an awesome sculpt. Thanks for watching!
too big, pass
A lot of people like the vintage collection better. I will be doing some VC stuff soon- stay tuned. Thanks for watching!
I’m sorry, but 6” figures look dumb on a vintage cardback. It seems so gimmicky to me.
