I like how they drive an old muscle car while everyone else are in autonomous cars and electric vehicles. Keeps along with the idea that STEM chose someone truly analog and organic
@DeltroxTv I'm pretty sure that was a taxi.
@betatalk357 Well it had electronic parts, but it may not have had any kind of connection to the internet or other forms of communication, and so the car wouldn't be controlled by something STEM could take over.
That my friend is a future vision of todays aspect of rich and poor.. while the rich people go richer and can afford such cars and properly similiar valueable housing.. the others are still only capable to afford the basic stuff of today
@@Drnken229 jokes on you that barracuda is today worth like 80/100 thousand grand, imagine in the future where it's even rarer lol
My bad, it's a 1970 challenger r/t
Still worth up to 80 thousand dollars
“May I borrow your car?” Great. Just great.
YOINK
That police siren and lights amazing voice and design
Uzay Uslusoy id love to know who made that and have it made so I can install it
The siren package tho
@@johnmoran3593 I kinda wanna see if someone managed to isolate it
@@johnmoran3593the air horn when the sirens are initiated sounds so aggressive, I love it.
Love the use of a rare awesome classic muscle car without destroying it
Prolly bcoz of budget issues
Driver: San Francisco vibes with this one.
That was a really great game, especially how much dialoge you got...
No way she walks away from that crash. She's dead 99% of the time, but either way it's at least a long stay in the hospital.
Great movie. I'm nitpicking.
I mean, she was wearing her seatbelt, so...
No, really. She ded.
@@rcslyman8929 ye, no airbag
@@rcslyman8929 Her car not hit directly , she turns left got hit on edge !!! Just got some minor injuries (* ̄(エ) ̄*)
Youd be fine in a modern car getting hit on passenger side 99% of the time
Not true, I've survived 2 wrecks worse than that with minor injuries.
That Challenger is awesome.
Lucas Martínez Parra exactly ! Very clean 1971 RT
Looks like more of a barracuda to me
@@memes_man52 yeah no it's a Challenger
It has the taillights and the entire front end that's only been put on Challengers
@@tskoobyful isn't it a 70?
Okay it's very definitely a 71
Now that police car looks fire
Eh
I'll take that Challenger
for once, a police chase is more or less displayed with realistic accuracy, (compared to movies like fast and furious)
Especially after that collision...
@Rein Marren not on the regular no, that's more of a every leap year occasion
Funny that you mention that. As this clip almost reminds me of a scene in Furious 7 where Brian drives a blue Nissan GT-R.
@@mattc2306 and uses nitrous in the end 🤣 how truly realistic
I think my favorite part of this is how it looks like they're only doing 30-40mph on the highway
Future traffic laws
That's speeding in the future
2:58 sounded like crash bandicoot
Haha!
😅
Nigh impossible but looks awesome to see a multitude of vehicles from different era's on the road all in pristine condition.
Glad to see in the future the police budget has enough money to assign Mercedes Benz to detectives.
@Punisher2000 what
@Punisher2000 How does the choice of car relate to "overthink the gun thing in the US"
more specifically, it sounds like you came out of left field with "Ah but in Germany we left inferior stuff, unlike you A m e r i c a n s"
If i'm wrong please elaborate.
@Punisher2000 Ok, then I think the original sentence should've been "Look at Germany - They have Mercedes cars but because of that they don't have or use money on better firepower."
Is this still incorrect? If it is correct I think you should note the use of the word "only" next time. Like "he has an orange and banana but I only have an apple" It's used to compared two or more things to something you believe to be inferior in either number, quality, etc. If you use the word to compare two virtually identical things its just confusing.
@Punisher2000 machine gun caliber isint a thing. also police dont have tanks. also medium caliber weapons are good for armored targets and shotguns can be used with beanbag rounds for non-lethal takedowns.
1971 Dodge Challenger! My favorite muscle car!!!
M. Stormin look at the break lights and the front grill and you’ll see clearly it’s a 1971
@@thememeking8079 as well as the splitter I'm guessing?
It would've been so cool if STEM could drive the car (through Grey of course), controlling it as precisely as it controls his body.
Doesn’t he do that at some point in the movie?
@@among-us-99999 I honestly can't remember anymore, you're probably right
When you turn Venom into A.I.
This is such a better Venom movie
The look of concern on Grey's face for the cop shows the beauty of his character. I love the look of the cop car when sirens go on.
"I knew I shoulda got a Tesla"
Not if any of you saw the rest of the movie.
Tesla is electric.
I like the scene from 3:07-3:11. Eye Balls. The civilian/innocent part of him praying that all is OK. Stem, Please confirm that they survived..
cop: "Lights, siren." _car obeys to voice commands_
STEM: "Her vehicle is not electronic."
...wat
Probably it's engine as well as controls aren't electronic.
None of the electronics in her car are able to directly control her car. STEM is smart, but he can’t do magic.
It has to be networked, the car assisntant is probably a closed circuit and the engine is a mechanical system.
Upgrade! One of my favs, even if I did watch it late 2018
Ngl this movie was awesome.
I love the cars in this film, The self driving pod cars, it's authoritarian styled police cruisers with its awesome scary sirens and even a few of the background cars
They done a really good job with the vehicle designs
I'm also glad they still petrol in this future too
should've screamed into the mic. would've been funny as hell
Alexa?
Punch It!
the cars not electronic huh ? so how does the ecu work
Coolest cop car ive ever seen
Cual es el modelo del auto de gray?
Como se llama él soundtrack de esa escena
Anyone else notice how the front of the Cuda changes between one with 2 headlights and one with 4
It's a 71 challenger
1:40 and damn, the average speed on the Autobahn is 3x higher than you guys are going
I noticed they were driving on the Hume Highway in northern Melbourne.
Reminds me of the Demolition Man (1993) car chase scene.
what is that thing hanging off her neck in the back?
What does Stem say to Grey before he takes over the e-vehicle.
Why did i not know about this movie
This movie sort of reminds me of idle hands look it up and you'll know what I mean
I'll drive like I stole it 😅
ITS THE TESLA CYBERTRUCK
James Gongaware just stop
Then what made her’s voice command you can’t just hack that
The Internet Of Things Driverless Cars getting hijacked! As well as Microchipping; .....Sad glimpse to future reality.
stem comin fo u too
What is up my dudes
It was at this point I realized it was stam who controlled their car at the beginning.
its like gta the police always gets faster
This soundtrack tho.
Analog vs Digital from original soundtrack.
From the engine oorrr?
Okay so basically, he's gonna be the only other person who can play eddie brock
No airbags?
Ayesh K
Nope, not even in the fancy autopilot car that rolls over near the beginning of the movie. Go figure.
She should at least cite him for littering.
That would a been a pretty sick Russian dash cam vid
Holy s***
so um is there a reason the detective never called backup
4.0 Venom
She just asked the car for lights and sirens but the upgrade says it is not an electronic car. time for another upgrade.
Uh oh. Look out, it's detective Lauren ridloff look alike. 👮♀️
Drive, tommy, she gaining on ya! 🚗 🚓
“Transformers: Attack of the Microbots”
yeah right a preus racing with a 440 cuda
*Close enough*
How is she alive
Movie magic
Pequeña Muerte aka Candy Girl chases Stem lol
The Purge: 2077
Even if the car is not electronic he is. Wtf
Found the tesla.
and that is just one of the many reasons you stop 'upgrading' all of this technology. it has a tipping point.
Supremely based username pal, God bless.
What is this cyberpunk 2077
Lives in the future. Drives an old dodge challenger.
That's dedication I can commend
Third then.
Thats why automobiles shouldn't have connected features & A.I.
Cyberpunk 2077 should've been more like this movie.
i would like stem in my body pls
No you wouldn't.
Trust us you wouldn't
What kind of car is that? The police car?
Unmarked vehicle is Ford Falcon fg 2008.
Am I really first to Comment.
Yes, you did it son.
Finally a first comment that is actually first
she is the worst cop
car chases done at night are dumb. its only a way to hide things in the filming, like actually driving slow when it is meant to look fast, etc.
Well I wouldn’t call that dumb. It’s a pretty smart trick
""They said electric will be fun.
They said it is the road to safe and sound future too.""
Well so much for these fked up mute electrics. Future will be dumb!
But i dont understand how some sheep car can chase up this close to ""Hemi""??
She's all oiled up at the end
- Lights! Sirens!
- Her vehicle is not electronic...
oh rly?
Bullitt chase of our generation?
4th comment lolz
This is how Elon Musk takes over the world.
no, this is how neuralink takes over
