I recently got my wisdom molar surgical extraction done on 6th may 2021..
So here I am sharing my experience of what I had in a day after extraction..
My personal experience of what to have after extraction..
I hope you guyz enjoy eating this easy simple recipes..

I ate pumpkin puree soup
Khichdi without any jeera or rai ( powdered it )
Mashed potato with water ( nice and creamy)
Lot of ice cubes

Very helpful video. Mine was extracted without surgery or stitches 5 days ago. Can I stop worrying about dry socket now? I haven't eaten properly in 5 days and not spoken either. There's mild tenderness and swelling. Is it normal?
If its heal you don't have to worry.. u can have ur meal no properly

क्या बात कर रही हो यार worry करने की जरूरत नहीं है - फट के हाथ में आ जाती है 4 से पांच दिन हुए है और मैने बिलकुल खाना नही खाया, एक साइड पूरी तरीके से दुख रही है न सोया जा रहा है ना बैठा जा रहा है।...अगर जब तक पूरी तरीके से जरूरत ना पड़े तब तक बिलकुल निकालने की ना सोचे...और ऑपरेशन के बाद एक हफ्ते की छुट्टी निकाले (ना काम में मन लगेगा ना घर में) जूस तक पीने के लिए मुंह नही खुलेगा और हर घूंट पे नरक दिखेगा कसम से (जितना हो सके उतना टालने की कोशिश करिएगा)....

Thanks for sharing your experience 🙂 I have extracted my wisdom tooth and its 2nd day. My dentist told me dat my stitches will open on 3rd day. But I am checking on internet all are saying stitches opens after 7 days. Kindly confirm me whats right process? Pls

Mam plz guideme mera third left molar me cavity ho gyi hai wo pura daat bahar hai but ek side se thoda sa toot gya gya to kya isme bhi stiches lgenge ya without stiches nikal sakta hai xray dekhar doctor ne kha isko nikalwa bhi lete hai to koi problem nhi hogi khane me isliye nikalwane ko kha hai
Haan 3 r molar khane me use ni atta h nikalwa lo.. aur agar vo pura bhar h toh stitches nahi aynge.. koi takleef ni hoga

Hie.. you can eat soft diet from other side.. 1hi injection me 2kaam ho gaya thats good.. whatever shown in video and idli mushy kar k dal rice ekdum patla kar k u can eat.. juice piyo..

Teeth extraction ke bad kitne din baad normal food start karenge
After 3 days mostly... suture laga hoga toh u can have semi solod food till suture is removed bcoz there is chance siture displace ho jaye..
I am not able toh brush wisdom tooth ke sath wale teeth mai, merko btao brush kaise kru.
Also, merese ek time ki medicine miss ho gyi ab mai kya kru?
Go to dentist and get check ur tooth.. and its okay if u miss 1 time medicine, just don't forget next time.. simple..

Yes.. if the healing is complete, you can.. bcoz even after stitches removal 1 or 2 day discomfort is there

Bhai maine kal extract karwaya hai wisdom tooth, mera thoda complex tha because me tooth leta hua tha, 7 taanke lge hain lekin dard bilkul nhi ho rha hai, khana to abhi liquid hi chal rha hai lekin aaj scrambled egg khana start karunga, aapka b phle kuch din dard nhi hua tha kya?
