Platinum no, the incels are just mitsuo himself. Mitsuo’s shadow only cares about how deep down Mitsuo knows he’s nothing without the guise of being the killer. It’s honestly nothing like Mitsuo himself, but it’s boss form is a bit more like an incel since behind it’s armor it’s just a blabbering whining baby.
To be fair, even after it uses supreme insight, it’s possible to still damage it, but that’s only with counter skills. It won’t die even if you bring its HP to 0.

Venomous Vince Yeah that fight is a pain in the ass. I finished him at level 33 on very hard, which was a bad decision in retrospect. It's literally impossible to survive one of his Gigadynes at any health at that level unless you either perma-guard or perma-buff Marakukaja and NEVER let it wear off. I only had Mediarama on Teddie during that fight and I was casting it non-stop pretty much every turn, because unless you have near full health and (yes, AND) defence buffs, he WILL one hit you. He also casts exhaustion constantly, which needs to be cured asap, so most of the time, Yukiko was busy using Amrita. I kept running out of SP so I reloaded with an inventory full of sorcerer's rings for everybody. The constant need for healing from Yukiko and Teddie, as well as defence-buffing from my PC means that Kanji was the only (somewhat) consistent damage dealer for that whole fight. And I say "somewhat" because I would also need him to use Masukunda about a third of the time to decrease Mistuo's hit/evade so I don't fucking miss the 1 shot I have every turn. I didn't use Chie cause I found that her attacks missed WAY too much. Not sure what's up with that. Plus, I desperately NEEDED 2 healers for that fight. Given that Mitsuo regenerates his shell every once in a while and I was doing damage at such a low rate from needing to keep myself alive, the fight took over an hour for me. Just grinding his health bit by bit and trying to stay alive. So yeah, not sure what difficulty you're on but for Very Hard, I would level up to something like 40 before I face him just to make healing somewhat less of a necessity for every goddamn turn. Also, for more damage of course.

This is the only boss that can’t be defeated, even if you have counter skills. The boss is programmed to use supreme insight once its HP is below 50%. You can still damage it with counter skills but it won’t die even if it drops to 0HP.
Rise said a powerful presence intervened, and the P4 anime showed a small metal sphere below Shadow Teddie. So how much of Teddie's Persona and overall existence was shaped by Ameno Sagiri / Izanami?

It's going good until mabufu or maragi instantly wipe out half of your team

So yeah, not sure what difficulty you're on but for Very Hard, I would level up to something like 40 before I face him just to make healing somewhat less of a necessity for every goddamn turn. Also, for more damage of course.

This is the only boss that can’t be defeated, even if you have counter skills. The boss is programmed to use supreme insight once its HP is below 50%. You can still damage it with counter skills but it won’t die even if it drops to 0HP.
