- The whole family and a guy went to the Duct Tape Drags at Tucson Dragway. We brought the barn find camaro with a 305 paired to a 5 speed, and are about to see what it can run in the "battle of the beaters"!

Absolutely ---- I am not familiar with the rules but would enjoy seeing the sons get a to be part of a run. Family aspect of this channel is one of its greatest attributes.

Bentley, always kills it, my wife listens to all the Engine, or Mechanic encounters, but sits up and shouts out, when Bentley is in the Video......she just thinks he is the Bees Knees.......I get happy when you have sorta Brakes,and at least two gear transmission........she just watches so Bentley won't be stranded. And she told me I'm authorized, if you're in Michigan, I have to get Out and Push!
would love to see Jessica drag racing. She is a great sport with all the help she gives you and doesn't mind digging right in and getting a little dirty.

I think Derek will want to put a cage in it, one thing to take risks yourself but my ex had car I built with all the safety gear for her to run. It was a pity to see that car go but well she became crazy a year in and it was easier to make sure she could go... Saw her at the track a year later and the new guy asked if I wanted her back, came with the car LOL.

What a cool event! Thanks for bringin us along, and also for climbing the bleachers to give us that view. I used to work at Watkins Glen Int'l and we would get there early enough to watch the sun rise over the track. Derek, let me tell ya, it was enough to make a fella cry tears of joy for being born with eyes. My favorite events were the Vintage races, and SCCA tour. And NASCAR of course. Thanks, Bieri family!

Definitely think a "so you wanna start drag racing" series with Jessica behind the wheel is a good idea. Show the behind the scenes of a drag race, like going through tech inspection, how staging lanes work, that kinda thing.

Derek,Love your videos! Thanks for sharing your adventures with us. As someone who’s pulled his share of old cars out of backyards and weeds and then driven them home after sitting for decades,I can relate to how much “fun” it is doing things like this. That’s “adventure driving” for sure.

Best decision he ever made, was getting out of that left wing, progressive liberal, antifa run State like Minnesota. Maybe the biggest piece of s*** state in the country. And it used to be such a beautiful state. Until the liberal Democrats got a hold of it. I know I grew up there in the 50s. And you couldn't find nicer people. Now look at it. First time I have ever attended anything like this and I have to say it was an absolute blast as there was so much to do, see and friendly down to earth people to meet. For anybody on the fence about going all I can say is save your pennies, get out there and do it you won't regret one minute of it and this is coming from the introverted dude that I am. If anything the beer and concession stand tacos alone are worth the trip! Also, I too vote yes on seeing Jessica hit the drag strip I think she'd be a force to contend with!

Lived in Tucson for 3 years and raceway park was my favorite place to go. Whatever kind of racing they got it there!
