These are absolutely brilliant but as a beginner the video is extremely fast. Instead of being able to concentrate on the form of the asana one is concentrating on pressing pause and play. It would be greatly appreciated if this same video could be done slowly so beginners can actually follow you and learnt the asanas. Thank you.
Hi Nikita.... it was a great video.... but it is too fast .... it would be helpful if you could slow down..... if u could make it atleast a half an hour video it would be easier to follow and learn ... otherwise now we r more concentrating on pausing and playing the video... hope you will consider the request...TIA
Hi Padu. If you are doing all the asanas in the above video, you an do each just one and hold each for about 10-15 seconds. If you are doing only some of these, do each 2-3 times :)
3 year ago my left collarbone fracture,,,i follow your yoga video on luke sir youtube...but i have some problem,,when i deep breath always feel pain in my left side back,,,,can you plz help me..
Hi luke, it's really too fast quick change from 1 pose to another pose . We cannot practice this yoga along with nikitha. So please make little bit slower so that we can do along with nikitha. Tq
Nikitaa Parmar Hi nischala. I have just demonstrated the asanas. This is not a live online video. You have to hold in each of the asanas for at least 10 -15 seconds. If I'd rocord this video at that speed, the length of the video would be very long, with all the explaining and holding in the poses. That's why you have the pause button, to take your time and do each Asana properly. With regular practice, you won't even need my video for reference, your mind will get used to the sequence. Hi. You are not supposed to be doing at the speed of this video. I have mentioned that you need to hold in each pose for at least 10-15 seconds. This time is different for each person depending on his/her strength and flexibility levels. So just follow the asanas and your own body's speed 🙂🙏🏼
These yoga asanas are great but way too fast. When you are a beginner and trying to learn it is difficult to get the rhythm of your breathing and constantly having to stop and pause the video. You lose rhythm and your lose proper form of the asana. It would be more beneficial for beginners for this video to be slow and guided. It doesn't matter if that way the video is 45mins long because atleast we can follow it properly and get the best from it. This is too fast and constantly stopping to pause it I don't feel I am getting the best out of it.

The video is too fast. We need time to shift from one position to the other. The poses should have had a few secs difference.
