    Thanks Nikki. Both the set are excellent complete package . Liked and loved watching you doing the same very much.Only wanted to point out if it would have been little slow then the doers can used this video again and again while practicing with you. Please don't take my comment negatively...as it is everything is free and still we are asking for more. Thanks Luke.

      Hi Madhuri. Thank you 🙂🙏🏼 Each person's body is different, so you could hold in each for 15 seconds but another could hold a pose only for 5. So follow the asanas in the video, but follow your own body's speed. That way you will be able to progress better with your practice. All the best 👍🏼

    Thank you nikitha for these vedios. Please share your points on yogic diet. And also I have a query how long can we do yoga per day. I am doing 1hr yoga session either in the morning or evening. Is that enough or else do I need to increase sessions per day. Its been 3 years I started yoga and fell in love with yoga. Now after coming to India I joined yoga class and I am really happy doing yoga everyday it stretches my whole body. body and mind both feel happy after my yoga such a beautiful yoga.

      Hi.That one hour is enough per day. Remember quality of your practice is more important than qauntity. All the best :)
