Most underrated strength coach in the game 💪💪 Been following since the Total Power Training TV days in the old strength camp gym and still feel like I learn from you every video! Thank you for all the amazing content you put out. It is truly appreciated 🙏
@I-SelfLordAndMaster I would assume the muscle mass keeps you strong even at an old age. That obvisouly requires to eat a high protein diet and strength train consistently.
don't overthink the rpe/rir part of it for the most part. in most pro orgs that i have been involved in, the majority of athletes don't have such a reflective approach to weightlifting where they can be so dialed in to their rpe etc. at the end of the day they're athletes, not body builders - just make sure you're pushing yourself and getting within 2 percieved reps of failure on your main lifts on your last 1/2 sets. also if you're already in a set up, listen to your SC, for the most part they know what they're doing
One thing that need addressed in every single sport weightroom...including this one.. is how athletes do any type of lateral raise...whether its injury prevention IYT or for hypertrophy. The form gets appalling. But great video

You are a great teacher✌️
