I fixed it permanently!!! Using a pair of pliers, lift the ends of the three central blades. Push the pliers in as far as you can without using too much force. Otherwise it will loose its ability to cut if the blades are too far apart. If there is damage to the blades, sharpen them a little so that they do not overlap the fixed blades underneath. Glad if it helped. 😊
I bought one of these - same problem and I exchanged it for another.. Same issue after about 2 mins of use but this time I said I have to solve this. In my case and I suspect his, what happened is that a small burr was created on one of the blades when a twig got caught in it. This caused the blades to not be able to move fully over to one side and so the rotating mechanism inside jams. SOLUTION: For safety take the cutting head off the motor and feel the edges of the blades. Use a small file to file off any burrs and the cutter should then move fully from side to side solving the issue.

I was going to buy this the other day, lucky I didn't. Thanks for the video
Tnx for the video, I bought the same today and your right it’s crab , I have the same problem . I go for a refund.
Mine was the same. Blade jams every few seconds. Clearly a major fault.
