My blades jammed almost right away after hitting a twig in the grass trimmer. Has this happened to you too? I haven’t been able to work out how to fix it!

My blades also jammed several times in the first 2 minutes of use. I gave up. A real shame because otherwise it looks well designed. Maybe the hedge trimmer part is ok but haven't tried it yet...but otherwise this tool should never have been sold because of a serious flaw.
