  • In this video, I will be sharing a quick high protein smoothie I put together for breakfast. For this smoothie, you can use any fruits you have at home and add in a boost of nutrients with leafy greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds and protein/collagen powder.
    Ingredients in my smoothie:
    - 1 banana
    - Fresh and frozen berries
    - Super greens
    - Chia seeds
    - Hemp seeds
    - Orgain Collagen Powder with Superfoods
    - Lactose free milk

    I love a good smoothie. What I use in mine: banana, spinach, natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, frozen berries and cherries, and almond milk. 😋

      Hemp seeds add a slight nuttiness taste wise. If you end up buying them, store it in the fridge and they last a long time 😊
