  • Mueller Pro Series Multi Chopper/ Slicer Review
UPDATE: 6/14/2022: I have been using this for 2 months now and it does great on slicing onions and potatoes. The very small slicer does not work. You also have to slice your onion and potato in half before using this kitchen appliance. I do not recommend this if you have arthritis or limit mobility in your wrist and hand. It does not stick to your counter top but it does do the job. it slices everything evenly and would be great for salads, or plate decorations. Its still worth the buy if you can get it on sale.

The onions outer layers, and stem portion are very tough and no chopper will cut that part easily. Also, if the item overlaps onto the plastic area outside the cutting blade that will hold the chopper from closing /cutting. If the piece you're chopping fits within the metal area, this thing should slice like butter.

Using the dicer, I've only used it once to make some Pico, with purple onion, tomato and jalapeños topped off with lime juice.
Quickly figured out if you bring the lid down firm and hard, with slight smack from the butt of your hand, it punches whatever you have on it through a lot cleaner. Plus don't put giant pieces on it...pieces that only cover up to ⅔ of the blade plate works good.

I have used it as the slicer with moderate satisfaction, I'm not overwhelmed with it that's for sure. As far as dicing? It's pitiful tool for dicing. I sliced my onions in small rounds about a half inch in diameter and still not able to get good dicing. The potatoes? Well, forget that! I will not be using this one, it was a wasted purchase. I need something that is a much more efficient multi dicer for meal prep.

It does not have suction cups at the bottom to prevent the slicer from moving. And if I have to slice my vegetable or fruit in half just to use this then why not finish cutting it myself. 🤷‍♀️ if you have to pull a knife out why not just dice it yourself.
