Great job! I am also a certified Drums Alive instructor and looking into doing this in a local independent living facility. I've done the program with lots of kiddos but never adults. I'm looking forward to it! You are inspiring. Keep it up!

I can't recall, sorry, and it is a remixed track, so they are often renamed with really spurious names, and nothing relevant to the original. Your best bet is to try using one of those song-recognizing apps, and I don't have the playlist on my phone anymore, it got lost when I upgraded my phone. If I find it I will let you know.
Sorry I only just saw your message, and basically, search for drums alive classes in your area, and see what pops up, and if there are any gyms close to you, or if there are any fitness organizations in your town/city, then ask them. Not sure where you are located and every country/province/state different.
Is there a specific program to learn to lead this type of group? I have seen pound group certification. Would like more info on your style of teaching?
It's a drums alive certificate and not sure what training courses are being offered or where right now but go to the drums alive website and check what they have close to you. It is so much fun.
This is an older routine so cannot recall what all of the tracks are and to be honest as I purchase them through a fitness instructor website, the names vary depending on how they have been mixed. Why do you ask? Do you run any of these programs yourself?
@@aspenfitnessinc my mom is in a seniors gruop with differnt ages between 65 and over 80. They do drums alive. one of the trainees from them found yur vid on youtube and asked me if i can find out which songs there are used. i listend to your vid but the music is too quiet to find out which are played.
I just purchased one from Amazon that is 45cm. (I am short - only 5 ft. ) This one will replace the 65cm ball that is too big for me. However, it depends on what you're planning to DO with the ball. If you're planning to use it as seen in this video, then maybe you'd want the larger ball. (Looks to me like the ball is just about waist-height for the folks in the class.) However, if you're planning to SIT on the ball for other exercises, then you'd need to be concerned with the SIZE of the ball relative to your height. www.livestrong.com/article/290889-what-size-stability-ball-should-i-buy/
@@NJgrandma I always cue that when we are sitting on the ball at the end that the ladies choose a ball that fits their specific height and not sure if this instruction was on the end of the video as we only added a snippet of each track so yes I do understand the concept of choosing a ball specific to height and even when using in the drums alive program the balls need to be sat according to height of the participant. Some prefer different heights but if you look closely you will see that some use risers and different sized balls to adjust to their preferred height.

Thank you for your comments and it is such a fun class, whatever age, and my older adults hate to miss a session and we have so much fun.
How do you become a Certified Drums Alive instructor?
Such a great workout and it's fun, too... 😁❤️🎶🥁🎵
Yes it is and I am sad that I have not been able to teach it for nearly 18 months :(
@@aspenfitnessinc may you be able to do so sooner than later in 2022. 🎶🎵❤️🥁☺️

Where did you purchase stability balls and what size are they?
Pam Thigpen from various locations such as winners and local fitness equipment suppliers and they range in size from 55 - 75

Great class!
What are the bases made up of? A basket with what else?
Juliana Brandner with the smaller balls I use a step riser to add height.
