hello dylan i am ugly brown skineed short guy last year my girlfriend left because i am not good looking and due to this i become a porn addict why existence is so cruel towards why it make me ugly ? and what to do now ? and how to handle this lonliness
I'll be uploading a video tommorow that will address some of this. To put it simply, you cannot control anything in your external reality. You can't control how you look, you can't control how others react to you. But what you can change is how you perceive the world. Realise that there is a path out of suffering/dukka, as the buddha taught, and understand this. This stops you from being a victim to moving into maturity. That is the only thing you can control - your internal reality. The biggest key to shifting from where you’re at is acceptance. Watching the mind, changing your thoughts, attitudes, and letting go of unwholesome emotions by seeing the truth of them. Make sure you have some somatic practice as well. So anything you attune to your body and release trauma, like TRE, yoga, etc. will be beneficial. This cannot be understated. Finally, nobody can do the work for you but you. Nobody can examine the belief systems of your mind, other than yourself. There are no quick fixes. But there is a path out of suffering, and this is a worthwhile path to pursue.
Hope this helps. ua-cam.com/video/37kdVc_uC0A/v-deo.html You are welcome to have a call with me (no cost). Message me on facebook and I can see how I can help: facebook.com/dylan.kumar.coaching/. I also suggest joining a free group (there are a number online) by great teachers. I suggest Dhammarato or Vishrant. Finally, you could consider traditional forms of psychology.
