Hey I just want to tell you waluigi and Wario are not brothers there friends (I got that information from a Mario and sonic Olympic game lol)
I already have surfshark
This is such a perfect mockup. Having a game that throws you into multiple different gameplay styles throughout makes so much sense for a character as chaotic and wacky as Waluigi.
One thing. The final level should have all of Wario's branding be vandalized by the enemies. Like having the various wario noses and garlic be covered by spray paint, masks, ETC.

I love the idea of putting Waluigi in other stereotypical Nintendo genres and just sidestepping challenges by doing the obvious.

Going from untraditional platformer to reverse horror game is a huge flex I didnt see coming honesty.
Feels a bit short, but pretty good concept
The concept is amazing, and could see this work as just a sort of theft game where we go around different spots to collect certain items, think of it this way, wario is kidnapped by a shadow person thing, and then contacts waluigi to release his brother for a price, so he goes from place to place doing different things to sneak around and survive as mentioned in the video, and then at the end waluigi steals everything but that villian uses all these items to try and destroy the world, so waluigi goes to stop him testing everything that the game has to offer for the finale, and I could see waluigi being celebrated at the end but he's not really having so he makes a comedic outing by annoying everyone by stealing something valuable from everyone
This concept alone is better than anything Nintendo has done for him (Yes,Beyond Waluigi Island and Waluigi Pinball)

The heist gameplay for Waluigi seems fitting since both Wario and Waluigi have some kind of robber dynamics.
The gameplay mockup is like mash of both _Bonanza Bros._ and _Hitman_ in terms of stealth, but planting a bomb to escape is like the "Hurry Up" sequence from _Wario Land 4._
Waluigi should definitely have his own game. Luigi should also have his own games other than the mansion series
The mansion series is rlly good so i don’t think we need more for luigi. Wario already has 2 separate series to himself.
Please make this an actual thing, this is the coolest Waluigi stuff I've ever seen in a while

Very nice! A Waluigi game should have different mechanics and gameplay style, like princess peach showtime in some way, but much better
9:13 it’ll be funny if you immediately get a bad ending if you fail this one quick timing event
Like waluigi just gets bodied and dies and the next scene shows his funeral with wario screaming in pain in the background. The quick time event is literally frame perfect and if you miss it your save starts over.

One time I was having a conversation with the little ai bots on instagram about Nintendo games and we were talking about spin offs and it brought up the idea of Waluigi being a detective! I don’t hate that idea either.
Great job! 👍 I've imagined a stealth assassination game starring Waluigi, but the way you went about the story and gameplay variety here is much better than what I thought of.
I love the little detail of Snifits spitting shurikens, I literally got the same idea a few weeks ago
I like the concept of receiving a gadget from someone, but E. Gadd seems off, it would be cool if it came from Fawful as is in the bad side too, and also build tech
3:48 they're never brothers just have very brotherly affection. Canonically, Waluigi is just some dude that Wario met who wanted to be a part of the mario/bowser gang and they became really close. Some theories drifted around that they're cousins or that Waluigi is possibly related to Mario and Luigi, but as far as we know, he's just a guy who wants to prove that he's worth something to everyone. Basically an underdog. In Mario Odyssey it's even revealed that the upside down L on his cap is a sticker that is starting to peel off, referencing the fact that he sees the Mario Bros and Wario as sort of role models and wants to be like them. Hes basically Nintendo's Wreck-It-Ralph.

Usually coups have some sort of figure-head in media, so to like actually give those Shy Guys a more unique sense of identity than just some Guys... feel like they should have a leader, dunno what you'd call them "Ninja" Guy, "Samurai" Guy, "Daimyo" Guy, "Shugon" Guy, etc. etc., I would think it would be somewhat cool though to harken back a bit to another forgotten Mario Enemy at the same time so... maybe the actual Final Boss here could be a Shy Guy wearing a Phanto.

Actually, in Mario and sonic at the Olympic Games, Tokyo 2020, it’s said at an info point that wario and waluigi aren’t brothers but just partners in crime.
I think it might not be impossible for a Waluigi game that uses beats from other Mario games. However, I personally imagine that it's most likely gonna involve making them a sort of parody. A way to playfully jab at the conventions of a Mario game...
Another route is to simply treat Waluigi similar to Wario. Let him have some place similar to what Diamond City is to Wario. I could even imagine Waluigi starring in games that feel more like Nintendo experimenting with new routes to take a Mario game, or you know... Have it do things that they normally wouldn't do similar to Warioland and all that.
If Waluigi is mainly for spinoff, then have the games he stars in be more of a spin-off as a well, even more than the ones that already exist.
Fun fact: Wario and Waluigi are actually revealed to not be brothers in a very obscure game. Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games has news briefs in the adventure tour mode and that is one of the briefs.

I was going to make a comment about Waluigi's Bubble-gun that he shot at the entirety of the cast of a Mario Party game on the 3DS but I can't find it anywhere on the internet so I wonder what that's about. Basically he shot it at the cast and they got stuck in bubbles which sent them floating to bowser. I wonder what that's from as its a vivid memory from my childhood.
This game reminds me of Princess Peach Showtime where there many different game play style. Now I want this game real.

This game would be pretty short, I assume. Kind of like Bowser's Fury. It would be a perfect tie-in to a theoretical Wario World remake/sequel.
