Spot on with the instructions! Made it a breeze to change cabin filter on 2015 Impala. Everything was just where you said it was. Thanks for the video!
Great video and right to the point on how to change the cabin filter. I had the Chevy dealership change mine last year for $49.95 which they charged $26.00 in labor. Saw your video and bought a cabin filter on Amazon and installed it myself last week for a fraction of the price. I discovered the dealership lost one of the 7 screws that holds the plate in place. I was wondering what type and size these screws are and where I could get one?
The 2014 Impala limited was built on the old impala platform / body style ( 2006 - 2013 ) and still uses the cabin filter accessed from under the hood. All other trim levels of the 2014 impala will have a cabin filter as shown in the video.
Thanks , I did mine, I can see why when oil change is due they never change or check the cabin air filter, that one screw is in such a spot yoy have to twist your body the way you should never twist it.😂
That one screw up in the upper corner is a real bitch to get out! We changed the one in my Honda CRV and had no issues because there was no screws, but the Impala was a 10-minute job of acrobatics lol Thanks for the video! 😁
GM loves lots of screws. 7 screws for my 2019 Impala, 0 screws from my 2017 Camry. Air filter air box on the Impala, lots of screws, Camry, no screws. Toyota makes things easy, the GM engineering makes things difficult.
Chevy Shop was gone charg me $245...$245! To remove 7 screws and replace my air filter smh you just saved me $245 bucks. Thanks
Wow - that's expensive even for the dealer... You're Welcome!

Not sure on the exact size of the screws - I would take one of the remaining screws out and just take it with you to a hardware store to compare
Thank u so much and u really sis a excellent job explaining it.
Thank You!
1:58 🙏🏼❤️ I almost break mine thank you

My 2014 Impala cabin filter is accessed from the engine compartment..

I have the 14 limited as well so yea it’s accessible under the hood but videos are on YT for it
How many miles should you go through before changing the new cabinet filter again.
in general its recommended to replace them about every 10k-15k miles, or about once a year but I usually just go off of how they look.
Excellent! 😎👍
Thanks!
Thank you ❤

Can't find the latch
They was tryna over charge me at the dealer ship ! I think not ! I can do this shit myself
yes!
Can't believe the stealership charges $159 for labor to replace this.
Not even CLOSE to my 2016 Impala Limited
7 screws seems a little excessive.
Why couldn’t they make this simple?
