This song was recorded in 528hz, same as Lennon's Imagine. And yes, it is meant to hit you in your heart chakra.💜 It is a song of unification and that's why we don't hear it on the radio anymore. The 70s were yes, tumultuous but there was an undercurrent of peace, love and compassion.

I agree still rememeber the Chrichnas with their pink robes and bald heads in the70's asking for money. Where are they now? And the maharaggi. At least He had the sence to claim Halleulla😊🎵
I have had them in my life for 50 years-& I’m sick of them-but I’m SO very glad that young people are catching on to amazing stuff & enjoying themselves
I started The Journey back in 1963, when my sister called me into her room to listen to _"I Want to Hold your Hand"_ off of their 1st American album " *Meet The Beatles* " And I'm still following them. They are the Best! And it is awesome, to watch someone listen to this great song for the first time, well, almost the first time.. To experience the love George sings...🚶🏿♂🚶🏿♂🚶🏿♂🚶🏿♂🕊🤗
George was in the Hare Krishna movement and their goal was to have everyone in the world chanting Hare Krishna so he wrote this song! Unfortunately he was sued for plagiarism and lost. He's so Fine was the song. I LOVE THIS SONG AND SANG IT WITH THE HARE KRISHNA GROUP!😊
If you listen carefully to later Beatles songs, you will hear the same distinctive guitar as you do in this song. George Harrison really could make his guitar gently weep!
That was Eric Clapton’s guitar weeping on While My Guitar Gently Weeps, but yes you always know George Harrison’s distinctive guitar sound when you hear it , The world lost a true legend and beautiful person When George Harrison passed away, But as Harrison once said in another great and beautiful song All Things Must Pass
Everytime I watch this again I feel it has come full circle for you. What a wonderful feeling seeing you come back to the child in you. He has George Harrison left his mark on many of us. May you be wrapped in God's love & grace Amen in Jesus name ❤️🙏😇
I was 13 when the Beatles first played Sullivan. That night changed my life forever. And millions felt the same way. I could never thank the Beatles enough for the joy they brought to my generation in the 60's and to the world still today. They were so much more than just the best rock & roll ever.
Your reaction today was the whole reason I love watching music reactions on UA-cam. When someone’s soul has been touched by a song. What a complex yet simple thing. And just imagine that the lyrics are just a few sentences said over and over yet we all respond to it as the prayer it is.
I was in 8th grade when this song came out. I was already a Beatles fan and George being my favorite made this song extra special. RIP George Harrison.
I know exactly the feeling that you felt when you realized this was your lost song. Same thing happened to me with a particular song I heard as a child, I'm guessing 10 or 11, and up until about a year ago I rediscovered it by accident. My lost song not only left an impression on me but I found myself looking for and recognizing benchmarks of future occurrences mentioned in the song throughout my entire life. That song was a one hit wonder titled " In the year 2525", by Zager and Evans. What a relief to finally hear it again and learn the title. It gave me peace of mind. Give it a listen.
Takes me back to being 11 and building plastic airplane kits at the kitchen table. Big sister playing this on a vinyl 45 and all was well with the world. I'm 63 now and can smell the glue still as i listen.

My GF, worked at the hospital in SI, NYC, on the floor, where George Harrison spent his final days, working as one of his nurses. And it was such a bitter-sweet situation and one that she’s very proud of. At that point he didn’t quite have all his faculties. But she said that he was somehow serene and accepting of what was going on. And it’s one of those career moments that go beyond “pride”, that she counts herself lucky to have been there at the time to do what she could to make his final days as pleasant and painless as possible. While I personally did not get to meet him, which would have been overstepping a significant boundary, I was just happy to hear the stories and small details of his experience. And to know that she could somehow give back to someone who gave so much to the world. So, yea, I am sort of vicariously living through her lol. But I can tell it effected her greatly and made an impact on her life and mine through her.

"All Things Must Pass", a triple vinyl on release, is easily the best solo album done by any of The Beatles.
Only ex Beatle album that topped the charts. Paul and John never achieved that.
George was always my favourite Beatle, I feel he was sadly underrated, but he really came into his own when he went solo. RIP George.
Couldn’t agree more
Second place is very competitive but ATMP is easily #1
@@georgearce5627 you sure about that fact??
@@georgearce5627 With all due respect, this is incorrect. Paul McCartney had many chart-topping albums, with and without Wings. Which, of course, doesn't take away from how amazing ATMP is.
George was a beautiful soul..
Just saw this reaction it's the BEST reaction to any song ever period.
The joy and celebration coming out is amazingly awesome.
The stunning, emotional, evocative, memory- inducing power of music.
Priceless, Harri, priceless.
Yes, I feel the same about his reaction. It’s what music is supposed to do, I think.
The power of music...
There's a beautiful version of this song that was done for the George Harrison tribute. It's sung by Billy Preston, along with Paul McCartney, Ringo Star, Eric Clapton, Dhani Harrison, Jeff Lynne and many others.
Yes! Agreed! Heard it ... a beautiful gem also!!
That ones a must see! Also ck out the one by seal.
Such a beautiful beautiful moment when it instantly brought you back to being a child!
The amount of emotional energy I felt from you when you realized this was the song you love and to find the person live was amazing! It's amazing to see how George impacted so many with his words and music. George was and will always be my Favorite Beatle. Powerfully moving video!
Thank you Kyle
George knocked it out of the park with this one
Wow! I’m very late to comment, but you must have seen The Concert for Bangladeshi where George, with his beard, sang this! ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉 I feel honoured to have witnesssed such a raw reaction. Thanks @Harri
Finding a song after many years is such a wonderful feeling.
When I first heard this in 1970 it felt like a spiritual experience.
I trully love this song & George Harrison.
Thank you.
This song was recorded in 528hz, same as Lennon's Imagine. And yes, it is meant to hit you in your heart chakra.💜
It is a song of unification and that's why we don't hear it on the radio anymore.
The 70s were yes, tumultuous but there was an undercurrent of peace, love and compassion.
its wasn't love it was sex, there is a difference.
Well Put!
I grew up with this song. Spending 50 years as a meditator. The pure devotion in My Sweet Lord always brings me to tears. Ram Ram Hare Krishna
This song brings tears to my eyes and effects y heart
❤💙💙💙❤❤
Hari Bol! 50 years meditator here also...started with TM with the Beatles and Donovan...followed Yogananda and SRF fellowship(Kriya Yoga/Autobiography of a Yogi) lived with the Hare Krishna guys for awhile(got up 4 a.m. took cold shower/chanted...took Prasad/ very austere!) had some out of body experiences later at the Bob Monroe Institute(MINDBLOWING..it REALLY opened me up big time to TRUE REALITY!) I'm AWAKE now...and I can never be fooled again by this "virtual reality" were living in now...I don't BELIEVE in an afterlife.... I KNOW there's an afterlife....and now I'm FREE from the all B.S. of this temporary Earth world were playing in...we are living in a DREAM right now..when you "die" you will finally WAKE UP to who/what you REALLY are....an immortal piece of blissful consciousness...a small part of GOD Himself...You are more powerful than you can possibly imagine! your NOT a man...NOT a woman....your not really even HUMAN!...you are much, much more than these temporary forms your wearing at the moment Find out who you REALLY are(before you waste another life!) find out why you came here in the 1st place WHY? Namaste.
You could see how it shook you when you recognized the song. Peace and blessings my friend 🙏♥️
Watching you realize this was the song you have been trying to find for so long was a beautiful moment. Thank you for sharing yourself with us !
Aren’t you glad you’re on this Beatles journey! Just imagine all your childhood memories coming together as an adult......
I’m having as much fun watching you as you’re experiencing the Beatles.
Its a joy Larry
Connecting with your inner child self again.its like going home
I agree still rememeber the Chrichnas with their pink robes and bald heads in the70's asking for money. Where are they now? And the maharaggi. At least He had the sence to claim Halleulla😊🎵
I have had them in my life for 50 years-& I’m sick of them-but I’m SO very glad that young people are catching on to amazing stuff & enjoying themselves
I started The Journey back in 1963, when my sister called me into her room to listen to _"I Want to Hold your Hand"_ off of their
1st American album " *Meet The Beatles* " And I'm still following them. They are the Best! And it is awesome, to watch someone
listen to this great song for the first time, well, almost the first time.. To experience the love George sings...🚶🏿♂🚶🏿♂🚶🏿♂🚶🏿♂🕊🤗
This song makes me cry too. Takes me right back to being a happy 7 year old with my mum & now long gone dad. Always makes me think of happier times.
The beauty of this song is it's simplicity and sincerity
@@rbking9296 I was gonna say. George was playing so much scitar at one point, they needed to bring Eric in for the Guitar parts...
@@rbking9296 ...and "Beware the darkness" !
George was a great slide guitarist
@@JamesAllmond He only played on one track, at George's request
When something evokes an emotional response you know it's art.
Indeed. That's what art's supposed to do.
George Harrison was only 28 when he recorded this song.
27
Wow. So young for such feelings.
The young were older back then
Everytime I watch this again I feel it has come full circle for you. What a wonderful feeling seeing you come back to the child in you. He has George Harrison left his mark on many of us. May you be wrapped in God's love & grace Amen in Jesus name ❤️🙏😇
Harry - so beautiful - bless you man for sharing - beautiful song and beautiful reaction - feeling you.
The Universe came around in full circle back to you, Harri! How amazing!
It really is
It wasn't the "Universe". It was God.
@@nelgstuart3442 god is the universe 🤦♂️
@@nelgstuart3442 god made the universe
@keep humble no, the universe is god and that is pure consciousness. 'bad news' yeah im sure..
I love when this happens. ❤️
😀
I was 13 when the Beatles first played Sullivan. That night changed my life forever. And millions felt the same way. I could never thank the Beatles enough for the joy they brought to my generation in the 60's and to the world still today. They were so much more than just the best rock & roll ever.
I AM SO GLAD YOU FOUND HIM...BLESSINGS ON YOUR HEART...HE WAS A GREAT LIGHT
Best reaction to any song on UA-cam
Theres nothing like music that can take you back to a time and place and you remember everything so vividly
Happy for you..its such a relief and good feeling..I still have a few songs im looking for
Takes me back to being 11 and building plastic airplane kits at the kitchen table. Big sister playing this on a vinyl 45 and all was well with the world. I'm 63 now and can smell the glue still as i listen.
@@TukikoTroy Nostalgia can be wonderful and heartbreaking at the same time. Your comment made me smile
@@helenfitzgerald9719 Yes, it, nostalgia, can be truly bittersweet!
@@HarriBestReactions If you would be willing to share what you do remember, a word or two perhaps, possible subject matter, gender of singer, genre of song, approx. decade of release, we, as your subscribers, may be able to help find a lost song, or two, or even a few for you. To take it a step farther, if given the opportunity, we may be able to help each other locate our long lost songs! 🎵 Just as an eg. A friend of mine had been describing what she could recall of a song that reminded her of her mother who had passed on. With just a couple more clues, I was able to "out of thin air" pluck & play Chances Are by Johnny Mathis for her, making her so happy & making me feel like a super hero for the day.
George was the most unassuming and humble member of The Beatles.✌️🌟👏🎶
I love that this happened! How cool. The old man found you. George would say this was no accident . . .
What a thrilling moment for you and for me to witness, thank you, priceless . . . : )
You found your song. Now it's yours forever. What a wonderful thing!
P.S: I found my songs too. It was a great shock (a beautiful shock, of course).
I felt your genuine emotion my brother. That's what a Beatle does to us all, they help us find our inner core. RIP sweet baby Beatle George.
I'm happy that your mysterious memory was resolved like this, and that it was a wonderful song by George that accompanied your growth.
Oh my goodness, your reaction is the perfect example of how powerful music is! I can’t imagine how relieved and how satisfied you are now that you have the connections that you needed. That is just beautiful! Oh my goodness I love this so very much.
I’m not a religious person yet I’ve always loved this song. It has such a beautiful energy.
I'm an atheist but I love religious music. This song lifts me up. I'm a weirdo
This is why I love music so much!!! Its the closest thing we have to time travel, it takes you away in an instant.
You will love his song While My Guitar Gentle Weeps.
George sings this song like many people look up at the sky at night and desperately want to know what beyond and where it ends. The desperation in his voice.
I know George wasn’t with the Beatles when My Sweet Lord was released. It didn’t hit me until George died that all my favorite Beatles songs were all written by George. While My Guitar Gently weeps,It’s only Love,Something….Which Frank Sinatra called “The most beautiful love song ever recorded “”Thanks Hari Bleep The Chiffons!!!!
One of my all time favourite songs!! Reflects how George Harrison was as a person. So spiritually uplifting!!
2:00 'Oh my Lord' indeed. This is definitely the kind of song that could just stick in your soul for decades after hearing it once. What a privilege for us to be witness to that instant you rediscovered it!
So nice watching and relating along with you. I've experienced the same. I had the same experience but times 100. I think i grew up alone as a kid because i new most songs from 1956 to now with a few exceptions. Never could figure out how. Father always working or gone overseas. In the Marines for 2 wars. And raised by a not to loving mother. Thank God for you tube. I still hear songs i haven"t heard in 50-65 years . And now that i'm going on 75 my biggest enjoyment is hearing songs from my youth. most of my life i nevered cried but now i get teared up from happiness and remembering. Thanks Harri.....Brian B.
We had the privilege of enjoying great music in the 60's, 70's and 80's and we didn't appreciate what we had. Thank you
I've watched this song bring a tear to even the meanest man's eye. It's a very powerful song.

I was so touched and moved. What music can do to us, inside us, for us! So wonderful to see your face recognising the song. So nice.
Probably the best reaction video I have seen in my life as its straight from the heart, so emotional...I cried like a baby while watching it as I'm a diehard George Harrison fan & this bonding is spiritual as I also worship Lord Krishna like George. Many years back I had gone through the same experience when I was searching for an instrumental since years and one fine day when I was listening Musician Rahul Sharma's music & I found the track, Jaisalmer which I was looking for since years!!! I still remember I was in tears but punching the air while crying with the joy! I saw the same reaction today and that too my sweet George's iconic song! I'm so happy that I saw this reaction today!

I believe you! I totally get what you are saying about wanting to find this song again. This song affects many people so deeply. I can't listen to it without getting tears in my eyes and choked up, it is such a powerful song. I am glad that you found it again.
I remember hearing it as a kid. I couldn't remember the lyrics. I tried to hum it to my parents and they had no clue. Discovering it as an adult was very powerful.
My Sweet Lord. Namaste.💜💜💜
I listen to “My Sweet Lord” probably most frequently amongst The Beatles’ solo songs. Lyrically beautiful and musically masterful.
You've seen a friend you had as a small child, and finally got to meet and shake his hand. I'm happy for you! " MUSIC IS THE BEST" - Frank Zappa
An iconic song
My favorite solo song of Georges is " Isn't it a Pity ". It will take you out of this world. Please check it out.
His Budokan performance with Eric Clapton may be my favorite song.. Clapton loves the song so much he still always performs it..
I love Clapton
@@HarriBestReactions As I'm sure you know, Clapton and George had an interesting history of friendship. As Layla was written by Clapton for than George's wife, Isn't it a Pity was written by George years later, about Clapton..

Isn't It a Pity is classic! One of the best tunes on his album.
Totally agree Steve one of my all time favourites
I know exactly how you felt when you finally realized who sings it. I had a favourite instrumental for decades and didn't even know the name of it to look on Google (during the internet years). I heard it in a store one day and shouted "Does anyone know the name of this song?" and someone did! She even knew the artist (Love's Theme by Love Unlimited Orchestra). I felt elated.
