Is vedio me achar ke measurements me 1/2 kg red Chilli bataya gaya hai and description me 1 kg red Chilli likha hai dono ke liye 100 gm fennel seeds ki matra batai hai what is right measurement. Pls ans.
All edible oils comes with the instruction that it should be kept away from direct sunlight. Although you mentioned in the video that ine can age the pickle even at room temperature, but traditionally all Indian pickles are kept in direct sunlight for several days, isn't that harmful?
The measurements are confusing in that for example, you've asked in the video to take 100 gms fennel for 1/2 kg chili's whereas the ratios you've captioned are different - it's for 1kg chili's. Please clarify
